Apart from the hot water problem, the room, location and atmosphere were nice.
Pros: The cleanliness and tidiness of the room, the large LCD TV, Wi-Fi connection, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, kettle, and the presence of almost all kitchen utensils, etc., are all features we appreciated (and the proximity of the facility to the Colosseum is also noteworthy).
Cons: On our arrival day, when the facility manager came to give us the key, he performed the necessary checks and provided us with information. He even tried to operate the water heater or boiler in the bathroom until he saw that hot water was flowing, and then he left. However, when we wanted hot water from the bathroom the next day, the water heater didn't work, and we informed the facility. They kindly sent a technician the next day to check it. However, we still couldn't get hot water from the bathroom and couldn't shower during that time. We were frankly a little inconvenienced because we couldn't use the facility's hot water for 5 days. I understand they tried to help, but if there was a mechanical problem, we would have expected a technician to be sent to solve it while we were sightseeing in Rome. Since this didn't happen, I felt I had to deduct a few points. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Pros: The apartment was perfect! The staff was a really kind and nice guy. There was pleanty of hot water and the location was perfect. I strongly recommend it!

Una semana encantadora en Roma.
Pros: Es un alojamiento amplio, en una calle encantadora con muchos servicios (restaurantes, cafeterías, paradas de bus y metro cercanas, supermercado...) y muy muy cerca del Coliseo y Foro romano.
Cons: Pondría como un punto en contra la luz que entra a la habitación por la mañana ya que no hay persianas ni cortinas en el baño y entra directamente la luz a la habitación.

Pros: - l'emplacement de l'appartement à deux pas des petits commerces, du Colisée et du centre historique. - l'isolation phonique et thermique même s'il se trouve à proximité d'une rue animée. - le professionnalisme de notre hôte et le respect des horaires convenus. - l'équipement de l'appartement qui nous fait sentir qu'on est chez soi.
Cons: RAS. Tout était parfait

Roma’da artık bir evim var diyebilirim.
Pros: Konumu harika, nerdeyse her yeri yürüyerek gezdik. Termini, Kolezyum en fazla 15 dak. Pantheon, Trevi Çeşmesi, İspanyol Merdivenleri en fazla 20 dak.
Cons: Asansör yok, 2. kat ve dar bir merdiven. Çocuklu aileler için zorlayıcı olabilir.

Z bivanjem v stanovanju je cela družina zelo zadovoljna.
Pros: Stanovanje je lepo, čisto in prostorno ter na lokaciji, kjer so v bližini trgovina, restavracija, trgovinica s spominki, celo cerkev pa tudi razne znamenitosti. Kljub vsemu je lokacija mirna, tako da gost nima težav s spanjem zaradi kakršnegakoli hrupa.
Cons: Precej zamašen odtok v tuškabini. Gostitelj nam je ob predaji ključev rekel, da bo nekdo prišel odtok odmašit, a se to ni zgodilo. Kljub temu se je dalo stuširati, voda je pač odtekala nekoliko počasneje.

Pros: Perfect location, next to Coliseum in the great historical area, 1 stop from Roma Termini by Metro. Everything was in place, a lot of utensils in the kitchen. Welcome pack with soap, tablets for washing machine and other kitchen stuff. Absolutely thrilled with Trieste Pizzeria right in this house.
Cons: The apartment doesn't have air conditioning in the other room. The main air conditioner has a leakage of water on the table at the entrance. Additional payment for late check-in.

Excelente apartamento en el centro de todo
Pros: Apartamento muy céntrico, al lado del Coliseo y de todo. Un montón de restaurantes en la misma calle, comercios y un Carrefour expres justo debajo. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, cómodo con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia (menos micro) y muy limpio. Eramos 3 y teníamos ya preparado también el sofá cama. La verdad que nos ha sorprendido para bien y nos ha encantado! La recogida de las llaves súper fácil, Antonio ya nos estaba esperando. Muy, muy recomendable para tu estancia en Roma!
Cons: La puerta del baño se atascaba todo el rato y se salía de los raíles ya que era corredera. La tuvimos que colocar varias veces. En la sala de estar no hay AC y la estancia se queda muy calurosa.

Pros: Spacious apartment with great location and not too many stairs!
Cons: AC didn’t blow very cold and kitchen/living area could use a separate AC unit.
