La Dolce Vita Colosseum

It was very enjoyable stay and a great location.

Pros: Location was excellent. Lots of nearby restaurants.

Cons: A bit tricky to find the front door.

Great located apartment

Pros: The location, the apartment is located between shops restaurants/bars. Station Termini is also near.

Cons: The airco wasn't the best

Pros: We liked the experience of living in the heart of Rome. It was lovely to have separate bedrooms after our plane trip. We were grateful that we could leave our luggage there earlier than check in time. Friendly, helpful host.

Cons: We didn't like it that the exact address wasn't given to us clearly. It was small letters and faint in the email. We spent a lot of time trying to find it. There weren't enough bowls and the kettle was full of scale- unusable There were more flights of stairs than advertised. Very challenging for international travellers with heavy bags.

Great stay for young travellers on a budget.

Pros: Communication was easy and uncomplicated. The apartment location is top, a very beautiful area and well connected to subway and the central station. The apartment was clean and the bedrooms spacious. The air conditioners worked well and we had extra ventilation provided in each bedroom. The apartment has a small balcony which I give an extra plus. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge with small freezer compartment.

Cons: There was nothing that we disliked and I recommend staying in La Dolce Vita, especially if you are on a budget. Just some advice for future travellers: The bathroom stall is rather narrow and the bed matresses are soft (if you prefer that rather than hard matresses).

Excellent location

Pros: The location is fabulous. A short walk to the collosseum. Near to lots of lovely restaurants. Host came with the key and explained all of the facilities. The apartment is spacious, and it was nice to look out of the balcony and see all the comings and goings.

Cons: Air conditioning wasn't very strong, so we used the fans. The stairs are a killer after a long day. But the view from the balcony makes up for the trek.

Pros: Fantastic location near everything. Lots of space, great for a family or larger group. Everything we needed and easy check in and check out.

Cons: Lack of working aircon was an issue in the heat A lot of steps to get to it An airer to dry clothes would help Needs a bit of tlc to repair items

Great and spacious apartment near a train station

Pros: Lovely large apartment with really comfortable beds and a nice sunroom area.

Cons: The configuration is a bit strange, but if you all know each other its fine. Also loads of stairs to get there, but Fabio was amazing and helped carry the bags up and down.

Pros: Fabulous quirky apartment If you want to get the full rome experience and live like a local.. this is the place for you Amazing area so much life and great access to metro and trains ..central for walking to everything

Cons: Nothing... Quite a few stairs to access the property but this adds to the overall authentic experience and the balcony view is amazing !!!!

Amazing location! All you need for vacation

Pros: Amazing location! Very spatious and great big balcony! The street where the apartment is located is great! We were allowed to leave the baggage after checking out.

Cons: There is no elevator in the buliding, and the stairs are quite difficult. Also, AC is not working properly. This would surely be the issue during summer.

Pros: Great location. Via Urbana is a great street to stay on. Easy walking distance to many great attractions.
