Very nice place to stay

Pros: The location is good, apartment is spacious and clean, and the landlord Giulio is super supportive!

Cons: The exhaust fan in the bathroom is too lound, it will be good if it could be separated from the light switch.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful host, perfect location to discover the entire town

Overall happy that we picked this apartment. The owner was nice to receive us in a very late arrival

Pros: Excellent location, value for money for a short vacation

Cons: Not enough toilet paper and very tiny bathroom, no real places to put your things on. A bit more stairs what you would like to climb up after a long walking day in the city.

Fantastic! Would highly recommend to others and would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome

Pros: Super clean, excellent location, apartment has everything you need, Giulio has really thought of everything that makes a stay comfortable. Really comfy bed, excellent air con, ample wardrobe space and hangers, nice bathroom towels

Cons: Walls are thin so could hear the neighbours walking around in heels and talking, laughing loudly late at night but didn’t last long enough to disturb sleeping

Pros: well-located apartament, close to ambient street but with windows facing a quiet backside. the flat is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Rome.

Pros: I would highly recommend this cosy, clean, and comfortable apartment to anyone who prefers private accommodation. Giulio is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and you truly feel that if you needed help with anything, he would be there for you. The apartment is located on the most beautiful street in the heart of Rome. You can easily walk everywhere, but if you prefer not to, there’s a metro station nearby. Everything was perfect. Thank you again!

Pros: Gut eingerichtete kleine Ferienwohnung in guter Lage sowohl zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch fussläufig zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Viele kleine Boutiquen und Restaurants in der Straße. Schnelle unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Cons: Nichts.

Agréable séjour au cœur de Rome

Pros: Très bel appartement dans une rue calme et néanmoins centrale , qui permet de voir énormément de choses à pied Note spéciale pour le confort du lit , nous avons très bien dormi ! Possibilité de faire des courses dans la rue , tout est proche

Cons: Un détail : la salle de bains est en sous pente ,il ne faut pas être un géant ! Mais elle est très fonctionnelle et pour quelques jours cela va très bien
