Beautiful city centre apartment

Pros: The host is great, super helpful and the apartment was delightful also the location is great

Cons: My only 2 complaints i had The building is over 150yrs old so its a little noisy The mosquitos i got eaten but again its a very old building so not really sure how they could be stopped from getting in

Perfect

Pros: The host is very helpful and Mindful that your stay will be pleasant. She sent some tips of best places to eat and luggage storage. The location is perfect, walking distante from Termini station, colosseum, fontana di trevi and the neighborhood is very cozy with several restaurants close by. The place was very clean, fully renewed. New furniture. Well equipped kitchen, some complementary snacks and cofee also. I strongly recommend this and will stay here if I come back to Rome.

Amazing stay in Roma

Pros: Excellent location, exceptional host and communication before during and after stay. Beautiful decoration. Very clean

Cons: Unfortunately, we had problems sleeping during the night because of mosquitoes, please consider using a liquid vaporiser so that it’s efficient for all residents covering the whole apartment. Noise from stairs sounds can be loud whenever people are going up and down. Consider sound proofing and closing the gap below the door, this is where mosquitos have been coming inside from, we never opened the windows. Didn’t like the idea of split bathroom and its glass doors.

Cozy apartment in a perfect location

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in an excellent location - just a short walk from the main tourist attractions, restaurants and public transport. It is a perfect base for exploring the city. The place is just renovated, clean, tidy and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It has its own unique style and character, which made it feel both cozy and special. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The host was incredible kind and responsive, always ready to help with directions, recommendations or anything we needed. Overall it was a fantastic experience - a great combination of comfort, convenience and warm hospitality. We definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Simona’s place! The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt very new, with all the amenities we could possibly need. It is located in the charming Monti area of Rome, just a short walk from the Colosseum, and with easy access to both metro and bus connections, making it the perfect base to explore the city. Simona was an exceptional host – she gave us great recommendations for the neighborhood, which we followed and truly enjoyed, and she even informed us in advance about possible strikes and public transport disruptions, something very important during our trip.

It was amazing experience place to stay. Ms simona she very helpful. I recommend that place. 10/10 I’ll be back agai

Bel appartement

Pros: Très bel appartement, la décoration et les équipements sont top. L’emplacement proche du métro et des bus. Colisée accessible à pied très facilement. Photos conformes au site. La rue est rempli de restaurant, la pizzeria juste en face est excellente.

Cons: Le gros point faible est l’isolation. Avec les autres appartements ça va mais avec le couloir ! La porte n’est pas isolée est vous donne l’impression que les gens sont dans la pièce. C’est dommage car sans ça tout était parfait. Je pense qu’il doit y avoir quelque chose à faire pour améliorer cela.

Pros: Wystrój i lokalizacja 10/10. Bardzo pomocna właścicielka oraz wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty na miejscu.

Cons: Ciśnienie wody w prysznicu było zbyt słabe oraz nieszczelne drzwi wejściowe (delikatnie wiało przez nie).

Pros: Todo genial y perfecto, el apartamento no puede estar mejor y la ubicación excelente. La anfitriona muy atenta en todo.
