Superb location and apartment

Pros: Excellent location and lovely apartment. Also Paolo was very helpful and wants to make the stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

Fabulous central location and confortable apartment

Pros: Fabulous location with plenty of local restaurant and major attractions within short walking distances. Easy walk to Colloseum and the Trevi Fountain. Comfortable bed and welcoming host Paolo, even organising airport transfer on request. There's even a Catholic church in the street where they say mass in English most Sundays, which was lovely.

Cons: Just be aware of the need to climb 6 flights of stairs for the Attico apartment.

Pros: Lovely apartment in a great area, so many restaurants nearby, supermarket 2 doors down and easy walking distance to the colosseum. Cavour metro station is a few minutes walk. Owner/host was wonderful, met us for check in & showed us through the apartment, very helpful & responsive.

Cons: It’s a lot of stairs, as described, but considering how much we ate while there it’s probably not a bad thing.

Perfect apartment in an ideal location.

Pros: The apartment is perfect for a couple. Location is ideal. Would definitely stay again. Paulo was very welcoming and checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure all was going well. He also sent us food and drinks recommendations which were greatly appreciated.

Cons: Shower/toilet the smallest I’ve ever seen 🤣

Loved Paolo’s subterranean apartment, could walk to all attractions easily.

Pros: Great location, very spacious and a lovely host in Paolo.

Cons: Only thing was the size of the bathroom but it is probably quite normal in inner city Rome.

Pros: The location is perfect, 5 minutes walking from Colosseo. Very well connected. The property is very cute and comfortable. WiFi works perfectly. The cleaning standards are high. The host is very nice, professional and precise. Top.

Cons: The bathroom is unfortunately quite small

Pros: A roomy apartment with great facilities and extra comforts provided. Located in the midst of a great bar and restaurant area and walking distance from Colosseum and Forum areas. A great base to explore Rome.
