Quiet but central location

Pros: Lovely apartment in great location, about 15 minute walk from the main train station. Sergio met us at the apartment to let us in. He was very responsive. Very clean apartment. Nice and quiet. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't cook but kitchen appeared to have good facilities.

Nice base to explore Rome!

Pros: Nice location close to bars and restaurants but quiet at night. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The owner greeted upon arrival and was contactable throughout.

Great little apartment with everything needed, close to many of Rome's major attractions

Pros: This great little apartment is in a very good location particularly for the Colosseum and other sites in that area. It is further from the Vatican but within a 10 min walk from the train station and also close to lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants. As the apartment is tucked down a side street and off any main road, it is also very quiet. The owner was very helpful and met us there, helped to carry our luggage up the small set of steps and showed us through the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped to cook and we were very pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bottle of wine that was left for us. The bedroom was comfortable and had a large window but with good shutters. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was roomy. Everything worked very well.

Cons: There was no dish washer or washing machine but this didn't really bother us for our few days there. The entrance of the building is off a side street which was a bit dirty and disheveled looking.

Wonderful hosts - good accommodation - great location.

Pros: The hosts were wonderful. They collected us from the airport (extra charge). The apartment was small but perfectly formed with 1 bedroom plus sofa bed. A little noisy but to be expected. A great location. Most ‘must sees’ within walking distance. I would highly recommend the apartment.
