Pros: It is near to the metro line. There are lots of shopping places around. The house is big. And householder is a really nice man, he explains everything in a very friendly manner. Bedrooms are big and has AC. The house is historical.

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: This was a fantastic place! The location is great, on walking distance to the Colisseum and next to several metro stations. There is also a direct train to/from the airport. The area is fantastic, not busy like the city center but still lively, with restaurants and cafed around. The flat was big, very convenient to stay with family and close to several supermarkets. It is an old flat but that is part of the charm. It felt very cozy. The cleanliness was okay, it could be better on the details but overall, good and clean. Massimiliano was really helpful and accommodating. We will definitely recommend this place and would stay again, 100%!!

Quirky and characteristic apartment

Pros: Good location - we felt safe even at night. It's an easy walk to the metro. The property itself was like staying at your great-aunt's house...the decoration was charming. Max was very approachable and friendly. There are a couple of small but lovely balconies and the house was furnished with everything we might need.

Cons: The keys could be a little tricky to use.

Pros: The place is located very well, very close to metro, walking distance to Colosseum. Very beautiful yard with blooming trees and parrots. It is a kind you are visiting your grandmother in Roma:) - with all the furniture and style inside. The host is very nice and helpful. Very close to supermarket, rosticeria, gelateria, bistro and so on.

Cons: We actually love the place, but - there is a little but;). I think if the place took a little renovation and a bit more of cleaning it would be exclusive, now it is just old. We didn't mind, it was a nice stay, but some of other guests might pay a bit more attention to the details and be a bit dissapointed.

Memorable stay

Pros: It is not a rental flat, it is a living place of the gone XX century in terms of arrangement of rooms, interior, furniture, books, little art here and there as if the residents just left. A real gem for anybody looking for to get at least a bit of sense of how was it to lead a daily life in 60 - 80 years ago. The flat was perfectly clean, all facilities working, the owners very friendly, flexible and helpful. I would love to spend a month or two in this flat not just a few nights. Probably the most interesting short stay property I ever stayed. Massimiliano, please keep the place without changes as long as you can, it is so special :) and thank you for your tip about Dar Bruttone restaurant, it was excellent! it is almost impossible to book a table the same day though, the place is always full house. The location of the flat is very strategic: a few tube stops from Termini and the centre.
