Well located and excellent value for money.
Pros: Excellent value for money. Well located. Marco is very responsive and helpful (we did have a few issues, which may not apply to the next travellers). Well decorated. Very quiet (except for ambulance noise, frequent in the sector, but better during the night).
Cons: Bed and sofas were not comfortable (too hard), maybe adding mattress topper would help. The kitchen is very small, no microwave. Some of the facilities may become defective, but then as mentioned, Marco will be quick to help.

Pros: Very convenient location near a metro and bus stop. Clean apartment. Lots of stuff to accommodate for a long or short stay like a heated iron and a small table for it, laundry machine, lots of tableware.
Cons: Very few outlets, was somewhat difficult to charge 3 devices at once.

Amazing stay!
Pros: My husband and I had an awesome stay at the apartment. Everything was in there, all we needed and the host was super helpful. I totally recommend the apartment to everyone. Thanks again for perfect vacation in Rome!

Modern and spacious Apartment in great Area
Pros: The appartment is very clean, modern and well equiped. Bed is super comfortable and we had more than enough space! Marco is super friendly and could help us very quickly with a minor problem. The Metro C is next to the house, hopefully the constructions will further improve this Metro Line in the future.
Cons: Not as central as other appartments, but if you like to explore the city by foot you find many gems in the area!

Polecam bardzo ! Generalnie lokal jest cudowny! Bardzo klimatyczny że świetną lokalizacją. Człowiek będąc tam czuję nami
Pros: Lokal w pełni wyposażony w kamienicy z windą. Świetna lokalizacja (do Koloseum spacerkiem 20-25 min.). Nieopodal metro, sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie. Po drugiej stronie ulicy targ ze świeżymi owocami morza, warzywami i wędlinami.
Cons: Nie ubrana pościel, brak mikrofalówki, brak zapasu papieru toaletowego.

Pros: El Alojamineto está bien ubicado, está a 30 minutos caminando del Coliseo. Es amplio, limpio y tiene todo. Claramente volveríamos!

A comfortable place for your vacation trip
Pros: The place is clean, spacious, and has two air conditioners, making it comfortable even in very hot weather. The location is reasonably close to the landmarks and has very good transport connections to the city center. I would recommend exploring the neighborhood as it's somewhat less touristy and has a lot of spots that locals go to.
Cons: The host is nice and very responsive, but asks for pictures of your documents and a tourist tax payment before arrival on WhatsApp, which is unsafe and could easily be a scam. I would recommend to check if the property exists and you can access it first, and only then provide your personal information required for the registration. Everything was fine at the end, but this approach is suboptimal in my opinion.

Mi sono sentita a casa. Appartamento grazioso e pulita. Posizione ottima e Staff gentilissimo. Tornerò sicuramente
Pros: Tutto. Non ho nulla da dire. Fantastico appartamento, con tutto vicino e con un’ottima posizione.
Cons: Forse il bagno un po’ piccolino, ma non è stato un problema
