Best accommodation on out Italy trip

Pros: The property is exactly as illustrated. Great decor. Great furnishings. Good kitchen unit with all the necessary items. The terrace was a nice outdoor space to enjoy a morning coffee or evening meal. The location is unbeatable with the Spanish steps just a five minute stroll away. You have all the shops on the via del corso too. And dozens of places to eat or get groceries. The rental team stayed in touch via whats app and we're always very responsive and helpful.

Cons: Very little in terms of negatives. Keep in mind it is only three rooms plus 2 bathrooms. As a family of four we essentially used the living room as the kids bedroom. Their day beds were great but it did mean we only had the kitchen dining table or terrace to sit down in during the evenings. The lift is quite slow. we tended to use the stairs because it was quicker. It is three floors up and the stairs are narrow. The lift is also small ..so probably not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Also - it is worth mentioning that The lift operates directly into the apartment.

Great property realy felt comfortable and very quiet.

Pros: It’s location was perfect and very private, the facilities were perfect.

Pros: Nicely set place, well decorated in the heart of Rome. Walking distance from everything despite the heat. Quiet place in Rome it is a rare gift. AC worked well the shower were very good and wifi excellent.

Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: Great location of apartment. Quite tight entrance (both stairs and elevator) so hard to get bags in and out. Staff very friendly and helpful

Pros: Nice big apartment, very good location. You can see the Spanish steps from the front of the door. It has a large outdoor area.

Cons: The staircase a little bit narrow, but there is a lift so not a big deal

Pros: Zentrale Lage in Rom, Ausblick über die Dächer der Stadt

Cons: Es war ein wenig kalt in der Wohnung - Aber wir waren im Oktober dort und Wohnzimmer und Balkon waren nördlich. Schlafzimmer waren aber angenehm warm

With minor fixes, overall will recommend

Pros: The location is prime! The property is in the perfection walking distance to every attraction (within 30min walk). The terrace is super cute although we didn’t use it because the summer heat was just unbearable for us.

Cons: The toilet seat in master room is too small and pretty much have to use it without the seat… which is kind of gross

Mycket fin lägenhet och fantastiskt läge!

Pros: Helt fantastiskt läge i underbara kvarter! En mysig och lugn gata men mitt i historiska delen av stan. Nära till Fontana di Trevi, Spanska trappan, Pantheon, via del Corso osv Nära till restauranger, supermarkets (la Esse), shopping, piazzor osv Lägenheten är mysig och trevlig. Trots att den ligger centralt är den väldigt tyst. Vackert sovrum, med en stor, skön säng och fina möbler. Extrasovrummet fungerar också jättebra, med eget badrum. Den lummiga terassen är perfekt för att äta frukost på eller bara sitta och vila efter långa dagar på stan. Utrustat kök med allt man behöver. Värden var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig. Lägenheten fungerar perfekt för en familj på 4 personer, se bara till att få flera nycklar om ni går ut i omgångar. Bra att tänka på är att det är nivåskillnader för att komma in i lägenheten och även till terassen. Charmigt, men kan kanske upplevas svårt om någon i sällskapet är mindre rörlig. Vi trivdes så bra och vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Cons: 2 inch step into kitchen from lift area. Definitely a trip hazard.!
