Great stay in Rome!
Pros: Great stay in Rome! The apartment has a very convenient location, close to main attractions and public transport. The price was reasonable for the area, and Matías was an outstanding host — always attentive and thoughtful, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Pros: We spent one week at this property in a crowded period. Matias is a very good host, very friendly, welcoming and good communicator. The apartment is very clean, surprisingly silent and with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Very good related by metro an buses with all you need to visit in Rome, surrounded by very good restaurants (La Zingarella, Grazia & Graziella, Santini 56, deRione Appia -Osteria),( best sandwiches in La Fonte del Tramezzino)and also grocery stores. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem ruhigen, aber doch recht zentralen Viertel Roms.
Pros: Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der bei Fragen zur verfügung stand. Die Lage war sehr angenehm und nah an einer gut angebundenen Ubahnstation. Die Nachbarn schienen hauptsächlich Einheimische zu sein, sehr angenehm. Die Küche war wunderbar ausgestattet und sehr geräumig.
Cons: Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn im Schlafzimmer eine oder mehrere kleine Tischlampen gestanden hätten, damit bei Abend nicht immer das Deckenlicht an sein musste.

Pros: Nuestra estancia fue excelente de principio a fin. La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado de una parada de metro y también muy cerca de varias líneas de autobús, lo que facilitó muchísimo todos nuestros desplazamientos. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El dueño fue súper amable en todo momento, siempre atento y respondiendo rápidamente a todas nuestras necesidades y preguntas. Nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. En general, todo estuvo genial y sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. ¡Muy recomendable!

Pros: Soggiorno meraviglioso, posizione eccellente a 2 minuti dalla metro linea A che in poche fermate ti porta in centro vicino alle più belle attrazioni romane. Vicino all' appartamento ci sono molti bar e ristoranti in cui mangiare cucina tipica romana con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Oste gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione.

Pros: Buenas conexiones con el transporte público para ir al centro, tanto bus como metro, barrio tranquilo y muy buen precio. El dueño fue súper amable y estuvo atento a todo
Cons: El baño es pequeño y sobre todo la ducha, es demasiado pequeña tanto la puerta como dentro de esta el espacio es pequeño, pero no es importante, por lo general todo muy muy bien

Pros: The property is like in the photos, well positioned and well connected to the old part of Rome, close to the bus stations and Metro. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything one's need for a confortable stay. The shower is a bit small but we managed. It was a great experience for us. We felt like home and we'll definetly return.

Pros: Appartamento molto carino e nuovo in una posizione comodissima per la metro e gli autobus, con un solo mezzo si raggiungono facilmente le attrazioni principali. Da su una piazza molto carina, il parcheggio intorno è gratuito (bisogna avere molta fortuna e pazienza per trovare posto) altrimenti a pochi minuti a piedi c’è un parcheggio al chiuso a pagamento. Ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno top!
Cons: Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, doccia un po’ piccola (soprattutto l’ingresso della doccia).
