Pros: We stayed in this apartment for a few nights, and while the location and cleanliness were great, there were some inconveniences that affected our stay. The Good: The apartment is in a perfect location, right in the heart of Rome—ideal for exploring the city on foot. Very clean and well-maintained. Spacious layout with three bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms. The WiFi works well, which was helpful since there was no phone reception inside the apartment. Despite the official checkout being at 10 AM, they allowed us to stay until 11:30 AM, which was appreciated.
Cons: The Not-So-Good: No hot water on our first night, so we couldn’t shower after arriving at 2 AM. It was fixed the next day, but it was an uncomfortable start. No kettle to warm water, even though they provided tea bags and two Nespresso capsules—for four people. They do have a microwave though.. No snacks or essentials provided. Arriving late at night, with no hot water, no hot drinks, and nothing to eat since everything was closed, a small welcome hamper would have been a nice touch. Two bedrooms have no windows—one of the double rooms and the third bedroom (the third room also has a very low ceiling—if you’re taller than 1.70m, you’ll likely hit your head). Tiny elevator—the apartment is on the second floor, but the lift is extremely small. Only one bottle of water in the fridge—nothing else. The noise every morning at 6 AM was unbearable! Glass bottles being thrown in the trash, garbage collection—it feels like a train is passing outside your window. The apartment is a great choice for its location and cleanliness, and we appreciated the late checkout. However, it lacks some basic comforts, especially for late-night arrivals.

A comfortable stay with a great location and excellent staff support.
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well-located apartment. The place was larger than expected, providing plenty of room and comfort. The kitchen was well-equipped and convenient for our needs. The location, just minutes from the Spanish Steps, made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and we truly appreciated their support throughout our stay.

Excellent property
Pros: The location is PERFECT! 3 mins walk to Fontana Di Trevi, Piazza Di Spagna etc… a lot of restaurants around, a super market just around the corner. Very clean and shiny…Very nice bathrooms, lovely kitchen. Super good value for money.

Incredibly beautiful!
Pros: Above all expectations! Location is great, 3 min by walk from Spanish Steps. Apartment is new and luxurious with all comfort. Kitchen is fantastic with Nespresso and also with dishwasher and washer dryer. Staff is absolutely perfect, they gave me a lot of tips for live the city at the best. We'll be back in December !

Romaya tekrar geldiğimde bu tesiste müsaitlik olup olmadığını kontrol ederim.
Pros: Konum çok iyi, odalar modern ve konforlu, banyo-wc iki tane, giriş-çıkış çok kolay.
Cons: Önemsiz bir detay belki ama tabak yoktu, gerçi ihtiyaç da olmadı hiç. Onun dışında mutfakta tüm araç gereç mevcuttur.

Pros: Os pontos fortes do apartamento são o atendimento da equipe, sempre muito gentil, ágil e prestativa nas respostas nos ajudando não só com questões da acomodação (um aparelho de ar condicionado estava estragado e foi consertado) como com questões pessoais: Precisamos de médico e tivemos indicação imediata e também recomendação e apoio para reservas. Além disso o apartamento é amplo, apesar de pouca iluminação natural e em localização excelente.
Cons: Nada, mas ao reservar aconselho observar que internamente existem degraus entre ambientes do apartamento e a vedação entre os ambientes como sala e quarto não é total e passa bastante luz e som. Como nos hospedamos no verão achei que faltou ar condicionado nos quartos, os aparelhos são somente na sala. No inverno o espaço deve ficar ainda mais aconchegante.

Cons: Curatenia din living putea fi mai atent facuta. Unul dintre dusuri nu functiona corespunzător, nu se putea potrivi temperatura apei
