perfect

Pros: Perfect location, very clean, fresh linen, towels, convenient bed, everything you need. Worth to mention that we had small problem with toilet and it was immediately fixed, great contact with the host.

Pros: The location was convenient . The staff are very helpful.

Cons: No rug in the room to do some exercises at least. No hot water kettle to boil some water or a quick cuppa of coffee or tea or to drink hot water.

Pros: Everything was great about this property it's safe, comfortable , Clean, and the location was great it's close to everything so u can walk and no need to use and transportation.

Cons: Overall it's perfect, but I wish if the water at the shower was a little bit hotter

Pros: The room is clean and new. It is quite close to the trains. Everything was functional and communication with the owner was immediate. Regarding the price, it's quite worth it. The neighborhood is quiet and there are quite a few shops nearby. We stayed 3 nights.

Pros: It was quite clean. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and new towels were provided.

Cons: There was a problem with the shower pressure and hot water, which no one ever fixed. We showered for 5 days with super low pressure. Also, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

Pros: Myself personally not organised at all, but luckily even though we arrived around 3 hours before our checkin time they were able to sort us out. Regarding its position externally outside doesn't look the greatest but it's ideal for getting around rome. Internally the flat pretty basic but had everything you needed and was clean and quite nice.

Cons: No real negatives like I say other than externally the corner it's on is not the most glamarous but not really a lot they can do about it.

Nice room close to Termini station

Pros: Room is small but really nice and clean, few minutes walking distance from the main train station Termini. Communication with the host was easy and smooth.

Cons: A small complaint is the poor soundproofing between the rooms. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Very pleasant safe stay

Pros: Overall the room felt very safe and clean. We had the best sleep in our life because of the mattress. Everyday there was a cleaner coming in making sure we have enough paper etc. Room was very quiet and cozy. There was a little fridge to keep a drink or something.

Cons: The only thing that was missing for us was some sort of kettle to make a Coffee or any food. I’m not talking about microwave for the food but a kettle would be great.

Amazing host - highly recommended.

Pros: Location is great, walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes of everything you will need.

Cons: Cost of stay.

Pros: The room was fairly big, very clean,well lit up,the bathroom was very clean the TV was working and the air-conditioning functioned well. The bed was very comfy. Highly recommended.

Cons: There was nothing that I disliked.
