For the room rate and location, this property is very good value for money.

Pros: For the price and location, it was very good value for money. Liked · The location was perfect - within reasonable walking distance of the railway station, with light luggage; closer still were buses and trams that would get to the station if necessary. There were nice shops and cafes and a small park nearby, all of which were helpful until we orientated ourselves around other parts of the city. The apartment was small and had everything we needed, including the en suite with a good supply of hot water and a working shower. There was a common supply of tea and coffee at the unstaffed reception area but no milk. There was a small working fridge in the room.

Cons: Disliked · The room was a bit tired looking and would be all the better for a repaint and perhaps a better arrangement for the bed. We wanted a double bed and we got two differently sized singles pushed together which made sleeping a little awkward as they were at different heights. There was a gas hob in the room but it didn't work. There was very limited crockery/cutlery - not that we expected any kitchen facilities but it seemed strange to be in a room that seemed to have extra facilities but they weren't usable. However, this is only an observation, not a complaint, as I hadn't booked these extra facilities.

My stay was wonderful from start to finish.

Pros: I appreciated how clean everything was and it was such a treat to come back each day to a freshly cleaned room with new towels. After walking around Rome the whole day. The staff was really kind and helpful too!

Pros: Localization and price were the best. Very close about 10minutes to Termini station, markets, park Coloseo, Basilic San Lorenzo. Staff were friendly, bed was comfortbale, hotel and our room were clean, fridge inside and air conditioner were new and worked good. At the reception were tea and sugar for free.

Cons: Hotel did not have an iron and reception is working too shortly. City tax was higher than we expected but it is not their fault I guess. Outside the hotel looked not so safety (homeless people) and the view is not nice but it was known before. Walls & doors in the hotel are thin so you need to be quite :) SmartTv could be inside the room to watch something not italian at the night :)

Good Apartments

Pros: Rooms in a building located close to the metro station - 1 stop from Termini main station. The service was very nice, efficient and communicative. Possibility of earlier accommodation by prior arrangement. Possibility to pay for rooms both by card and cash. Rooms OK, with minor differences compared to the description on Booking, but it was not a problem - not all rooms have refrigerators. Daily cleaning of rooms and replenishment of cleaning products. Possibility to leave luggage on the day of departure. Nearby (approx. 200 m from the hotel) is a large supermarket with good supplies.

Cons: Add missing refrigerators.

Pros: Objekat je odličan, kao i osoblje koje za sve izlazi u susret. Ako opet budem dolazila u Rim sigurno ću ovdje odsjesti❤️

Pros: Bardzo polecam lokal, lokalizacja jest świetna, w niedalekiej odległości jest dworzec Roma Termini oraz stacja metra. Lokal jest bezpieczny, czysty, regularnie sprzątany. Dla odwiedzających dostępna jest także herbata i wszystkie niezbędne naczynia i sztućce. Świetny nocleg na budżetową wycieczkę 🥰

Cons: Problemem była tylko mała liczba gniazdek, jednak podczas naszego pobytu dodano przedłużacz 😊

Pros: El orden, la limpieza, si necesitabas tenias infusiones, y una cafetera, excelente

Cons: Se escuchaba un pelin de bulla por la madrugada, pero imagino la gente al pasar, que era la madrugada del domingo

Pros: Posizione molto comoda se si viaggia in treno. Personale molto gentile e veloce nel rispondere

Buena ubicación con buen personal.

Pros: La ubicación es ideal, se encuentra al lado de Roma termini. Habitación grande, con limpieza diaria y personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons: La cama era un poco incómoda.
