Overall great experience! Good communication and tidy room.

Pros: The host was super helpful and friendly, communication was great, we could leave our luggage after check-out before our flight. The room was clean, towels fresh, bedding cozy. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but thats personal preference. They even gave us the option to change our room for bigger one for free for the last night, since no one was staying there. Everything needed is available.

Cons: Even though we used the AC, the room felt a bit cold because of the tiled floors. Maybe providing slippers or a rug in the room would be nice. We also used the first aid kit but something was spilled there, so that needs replacement. There were two kits available. Maybe check them more frequently to see if everything is okay. But those were minor inconveniences.

Pros: The room is cozy and clean, the host is super friendly and helpful! They offered a brief introduction of Rome key attractions, pointing it in graphic map, also nearby restaurant recommendations. All good. Highly recommended.

Great for the money

Pros: Our stay here was great, we didn't encounter any problems. Although we had some colder days, we had constant heat in the room. Everything was clean and we had no problems with hot water in the bathroom. The host was very welcoming and we communicated well. The neighborhood is indeed a little shady, but everything was ok. You also get tea, coffee and water free in the room. 10 out of 10!

Amazing

Pros: Very clean, the room was heated, big and the staff was amazing. If you arrive early/late, they provide you some space to store the luggage, which was amazing for us. The room is very, very close to Termini station and Vittorio Emanuele metro station, so you can easily get to the city centre. Also, you’ll be at the Colosseum in 10-15 min by walk. The area might seem a bit not safe, but we had no problem and the staff also asured us that the neighbourhood is ok.

A very good stay at central rome

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable, The location is great and the place is a 5 minute walk from the metro A line, a 10 minute walk to the termini station and a 15 minute walk from the colosseum. The owner was very nice and helpful. I want to mention again that the room was very clean, and we had everything we needed

The value for money was truly unbeatable in Rome

Pros: I stayed at this cozy and charming guesthouse for three nights and had a great experience. The value for money was truly unbeatable in Rome. The room had everything I needed — good air conditioning, a minibar, a comfortable bed, a smart TV, very fast internet, and a small bathroom with a great shower. I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage there for a few hours after check-out. The location was very central and made it easy to get anywhere in the city. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you’re in San Lorenzo — a lively, artsy neighborhood with lots of great food options. Monti, another cool area, is just around the corner. I also loved the variety of food nearby. After several days of Italian meals, it was nice to have so many other options within walking distance. The host was very kind and helpful. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Rome.

Pros: The staff were very accommodating, had great communication and made the whole thing easy. They allowed an early check in, and supplied bag storage on our last day. The room was great, clean and it is in a great location close to termini and the metro.
