Very good and near the center of rome

Pros: Good place near the train station and subway to travel through Rome The host was very kind and available, helping us keeping the luggages for the last day

Cons: The room can be little bit humid because of the private bathroom but it’s okay if you open the window the morning

Pros: Very friendly staff. They cleaned the room (without any notice though) but the room was clean.

Cons: Had some problems with the hot water, although the staff took action immediately.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient: about a 10-minute walk to Termini station, 5 minutes to the метро, and around 20–30 minutes on foot to all the main attractions. The Vatican can be reached in about 30 minutes. Overall, a great place to stay and an excellent base for exploring the city.

Pros: I stayed 5 nights at this place. It was a perfect experience. First of all it is within walking distance to the Termini station. If you like you can even walk to the Colosseum. It a clean place, cleaner comes every morning for deep cleaning the rooms. Staff is very friendly. Definitely recommended.

Pros: La chambre était bien, l'appartement était propre et les autres locataire était respectueux. Pas de soucis pour arrivé tard et partir très tot le matin.

Cons: Trop de bruit dehors dans la rue la nuit. Et trop de chlore pour le linge

Best experience so far.

Pros: Rooms are very clean and comfortable. It looked like they just renovated and everything looked like a new. Near to metro and Termini train station, which was very helpful exploring city. Our host Oliver was very polite and he was always ready to help. Also they have small kitchen, which was very useful specialy for our small kid.
