Giovanni Guest House

Everything was okay about guest house except its’ location.

Pros: Everything was clean and a woman comes to clean everyday.

Cons: It is a bit far a way from monumental places. It was hard to walk there everyday after walked around whole day. We didn’t want to take a bus, they look so bad and crowded :(

Pros: Clean, spacious room. Not far from bus, trains and metro stations. A beautiful park is within short walking distance.

Cons: It was a little difficult to get in touch to check in. When I finally managed to do so, everything was great.

Pros: The apartment is conveniently located, especially for those travelling by train, as the station is very close. The room was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. The host was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. The building has a lift, which makes it easy when travelling with luggage. Overall, it was a practical option for a short stay in a good location.

My repeat stay in Rome

Pros: Quiet location and bus stop around the corner. 2 stops from Termini. Baggage safe keeping before and after checkin.

Cons: All good

Pros: Amazing room, clean and comfortable! Lovely staff lady!

Cons: Location: (Personal opinion) I was not felling very safe walking around the neighborhood near the property.

Pros: We enjoyed stay at Giovanni Guesthouse. Very convenient location. 10 min. Walk to Termini Station and close Access to Metro vittorio emannuelle. Most of the sightseengs were on the walkable distance and that was very nice. Franchesco was very friendly,had described and gave full details about guesthouse and surrounding areas of the space. We had 2 wonderfull housemaids who were also friendly and provided assistance when requested.

Pros: Very nice apartment, looks new fresh and clean. The toilet is nice and clean, hot water all the time (you must wait a few seconds for hot water to come because it is a Instant water heater - not a problem at all). The beds are very comfortable. The location is good around 1.5 km from Colosseum and all the attractions, so you can walk easily, but the metro is also near the apartment. Termini station is also near. There is a shared dining room with fridge and electric kettle in the apartment so you can breakfast there, there is a supermarket near so you can buy food there. Francesco the host was very helpful (speaks english), and the lady that clean the rooms also is great. She was there every morining and cleaned the apartments. They even let us hold our bags there for free the last day because the reservation ended in the morning, and we had a flight in the evening. Very nice experience in Rome! we hope we come back again !

Cons: The only thing I would like to have in the bedroom it is a big mirror. One that I could see all my body.

Comfy place close to Termini station

Pros: The apartment was transformed into a guesthouse with 5 suites and 1 common area with fridge and table/chairs. The lady Maria cleans the house everyday, very friendly lady. It's super clean and has comfy beds and pillows. Well located, close to the station, restaurants and cafes. Although the place doesn't have parking there are 2 big parkings within 6 minutes walk.

Cons: The airco wasn't strong enough for the summer in Rome, just enough to keep the room fresher than outside.

It was a perfect stay :)

Pros: Very spacious room and large bathroom cleaned every day. The host is really nice and the contact with him was perfect :) We also had a large kitchen with dining room at our disposal.

Cons: We couldn't complain about anything.
