Pros: The room was very nice and very very clean. The shower was realy nice and the mattress was the most confortabile we slept in. The cleaning lady, Mae, she is a great person to talk to. As a concludion, it is a great place to stay in Rome.

Excellent property, good location and well equipped.

Pros: The property was in a good location - only a 20 minute walk from the station. We were met at the property by the cleaner - lovely lady - who offered us both a hot drink on arrival. The room was comfortable and well equipped. It was rather quiet in the room and we had a good sleep.

Pros: The room is perfect for two people and it was very clean. The property is situated between two metro stations, Termini and Vittorio Emanuele, so transportation is very easy. The staff is very friendly! There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area.

Pros: It was clean and close to the Termini, so convenient to get the metro to other areas of interest.

Cons: The power of the shower i’d like it to drop more water.

Pros: New room, nice looking. Great location - nearby metro, trains, all public transport. The room was clean, it was cleaned daily. Several nice places to eat only a short walk away. Self check in.

Cons: Really sad that you cannot use the kitchen. Kind of a high price for just the bed and bathroom. Of the free toileteries a small bottle of shampoo were provided, not even a bar of soap to wash your hands. The neighborhood is unpleasant and full of homless people, althught we cant say it was dangerous. Poor sound isolation, you can hear your neighbors of the other rooms.

It was fun and comfortable once we could get in.

Pros: Loved the location and how clean it was. Plus it has air-con.

Cons: When we arrived, we struggled to get the access codes to get into the property because there was no one who spoke English. A set of English instructions would have been super helpful.

Pros: Rinaldos rooms ist a very good choice. The Location ist very Central, Team and bus Connections in next street, Metro about 15 min walking. The rooms are modernly and functionally equiped. Enough space and comfort. Assistence by Rinaldo is very good and helpful. And also the caretaking of the guests and rooms by Riya, the good soul, was Family Style. We are happy that we found this option to stay in Rome and would return without hesitating.

Pros: Accomodation was very clean. Communication was great and it was very convinient that we could access the unit without waiting for someone to let us in.

Cons: The neighbourhood is quite unsafe. The price is a bit high for this location
