Pros: location , ,accommodation itself ,nearby bus/train stations, shops nearby the house and very kind and responsive owner Fabrizio !

Pros: Truly charming place to relax and recharge after hectic walks in Roma. Unbelievably quiet, surronded by small gardens - and that is just a few steps away from busy traffic and public transport street. St. Peter's basilica is 10-15 minutes slow walk away. Spacious, very clean.

Pros: Everything! The hosts were so warm and helpful. The house was really cosy in an excellent location. Everything was clean and simply perfect!

A hidden gem in Rome!

Pros: The location is unbeatable, very close to San Pietro. The accommodation is beautiful, has everything you need and is a hidden gem in Rome. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the neighbours are very friendly. Also, Fabrizio and Gaia give you excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat!

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like, it is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in and I will come back whenever I can.

A convenient location with helpful owner

Pros: Location is convenient . 1km to St Peter's Basilica, 2.1km from Vatican museum, all in walking distance; take bus 916 to Venice square and walk 1km to Colosseum; take 916 to Pantheon. The owner is very helpful. Carrefour nearby has all grocery. 20euro for taxi to Roma termini.

Cons: Basically no. There are some stairs to go before you reach the property, so do not bring big luggage.

Amazing

Pros: Our stay in this apartment was amazing. Metro was close by but we chose to walk everywhere. The centre of Rome was probably an hour away on foot but we loved walking through all the different neighbourhood's and back streets. The apartment is located in a really nice and quiet neighbourhood; away from the crowds of tourists, clean and safe, but still connected to everything. The apartment itself was super comfortable. We felt right at home. Fabrizio - the host - was extremely warm and generous pointing us in the direction of places to visit. We would definitely stay here our next time in Rome.

Fabulous stay and brilliant communication from the owner’s father

Pros: Well maintained. There was everything we needed. The owner and father were very helpful making it easy to find and recommendations for places to visit, restaurants etc.

Beautiful stay in great location

Pros: We liked location - close to bus stop, friendly host. It was beautiful stay.

Cons: Please be aware- there is steps as almost to go to the 4th floor, we didn’t have heavy luggage, so it was just great exercise. The only thing why I wouldn’t come back to this place is moldy smell and black mold in the bathroom. Everything else was pretty much perfect.

The best apartment in Rome!

Pros: Absolutely everything!!! Everything was perfect! Really clean, cozy and comfortable. The landlord was impeccable and kind. It was an amazing vacation, thank you so much. We miss you! Oh! The bed and mattress were perfect!!!

Breathtaking, comfortable and cozy.

Pros: Location was beautiful . Quiet and peaceful . Rooms were clean and very well equipped . Beds were extremely comfortable. Our visit was in February and the apartment was nice and warm and the shower was nice and hot and good pressure. Nice courtyard to sit and have a morning coffee or a nice glass of wine in the evening sun. Location was walking distance to attractions such as the Sistine chapel and was very easy to get to the bus stop to travel a little further. Shops, cafes and a laundrette in walking distance. Fabrizio was very kind and friendly too.

Cons: Not really a lot to say about not liking anything. It was all lovely.
