Pros: Wonderful :-) perfect place, best solution for our group of friends :-)

Pros: Perdect location, just next to bus stops and train station. Very good wellpriced restaurants in around. Owners were really helpful, they allowed us to keep there our luggagge on the last day. Very nice and tidz rooms, big rooms with view on the St.Peter cupola, We went by walk 10 minutes to see the Vatican in the evening. Really great place.

Lovely stay near the Vatican

Pros: The location was perfect: right beside the Vatican, shops and restaurants near by, bus stops also really close. The fact of being 14 people in the apartment made it really enjoyable. We were and felt like a big family.

Cons: The extra beds were a bit wobbly. The other ones were perfect. it would have been nice to have showere gel in the bathrooms

Spacious apartment for Rome group trip

Pros: We were a group of 8 friends in Rome for the rugby and the accommodation was perfect for us. Lots of space! We walked everywhere which was fine, around 35min towards the centre. The apartment is right next to the train station so easy access to the airport. Lisa met us outside the property to let us in and show us around including providing recommendations for local restaurants and supermarkets which were excellent. Would recommend for anyone visiting Rome, especially with a larger group.

Pros: It is an amazing place for a group of 13 people visiting Rome. The location is perfect, the place is fully equipped with needed stuff, has a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and space for the entire group to sit together. Contact with the host is prompt and precise and is very supportive. The only item lowering the score is related to the fact that the equipment is a bit old, however, assuming the price we paid - it is a great value for money.

Fantastic hosts and property

Pros: Paolo and Lisa were super good hosts. We arrived late and they were there waiting for us. Everything was perfect and I could communicate with them whenever I needed. The house was very comfortable and functional, very well equipped too. Perfect location as well. So overall it was fantastic!!

Pros: Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania – bardzo dobra lokalizacja 15 min do Placu Św. Piotra, restauracji i sklepów oraz do komunikacji miejskiej. Wystarczająco dużo miejsca dla większej grupy. Dobrze wyposażony. Kontakt z właścicielem wzorowy, wszystko przebiegło sprawnie. Godny polecenia nocleg!

Pros: Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja i wielkość apartamentu. Mieszkało nas 14 osób. Trzy łazienki sprawiały, że nikt nie musiał długo czekać na toaletę poranną czy wieczorną. Bardzo pomocni okazali się wynajmujący, którzy czekali na nas a była już godzina 23. Załatwić nam także transfer na lotnisko, gdyż mieliśmy nad ranem dostać się na odprawę i lot.

Cons: Jeden pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami nie posiada drzwi. Był też problem z ciepłą wodą i jej ciśnieniem.

Wonderful place for our family of 12 with plenty of rooms and bathrooms.

Pros: Easy access to train and buses. Also surrounding area had many restaurants and 2 supermarkets.
