Great place, great people to deal

Pros: Location was perfect, close to supermarket and train station. Great communication from owner re accessing property and keys. Two bedrooms with two barrooms perfect for us as 2 couples travelling together. One bathroom light on bench space. No toaster (but I believe owner will get one for the apartment making toast for breakfast far easier). Air conditioning a huge plus. As was location. Lovely people to deal with.

Cons: Toaster - but as said owner I believe will install one. Bed a little hard - but manageable. All in all really good - this is being picky.

Great place when visiting the Vatican!!

Pros: Clean and spacious plus packed with kitchen/cooking equipment. You can tell that the place is well maintained. The best part, it’s inly a 5min walk to St Peter’s Basilica!! Great location and there’s a small supermarket 2mins away, very convenient. Maria Chiarra was helpful and understanding too.

Cons: Nothing really. The place isn’t all modern but it’s a nice vibe and as I said, really clean so I have no complains.

We traveled in a family group of 7, grandparents and 3 minors. Domus Petri was able to cater for our needs and sleeping

Pros: Prime location and also close to public transport to enable easy access to other parts of Rome. The host was extremely responsive and was able to assist us with all our needs.

Pros: Location is perfect for trips. Accomodation looks exactly as photos shows. Really good shampoos ;) Communication with Max was really good.

Cons: It was a little messy, but acceptable ;)

It had everything for a perfect stay - a stove, refrigerator, iron, and everything needed for a hassle-free stay.

Pros: Ideal location: right next to the Vatican, with convenient access to bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful and the apartment itself was perfectly clean and comfortable. The location was very good both in terms of proximity to landmarks but also restaurants and supermarkets. The beds were all a good size and the utilities all worked without any issues.

Cons: The kitchen was a little small and missing a few utilities. The apartment was also slightly cramped with five people but not problematically so.

Outstanding Stay at Domus Petri in Rome

Pros: My stay at Domus Petri, a homestay in Rome just a 10-minute walk from the Vatican, was exceptional. The owner was incredibly accommodating, and both his daughter and son went above and beyond to assist us. They graciously allowed us to check out late and were understanding when we had to check in and out outside of regular hours. The apartment's location is convenient, with numerous restaurants nearby and the metro station just a 5-minute walk away. The wifi worked well, and the elevator was in good working order. I highly recommend this homestay and would give it 10 stars if I could.

Cons: The hot shower could be better during the cold season.

Pros: The owner was very helpful, responding very quickly. The appartement has all necessary equipment and things you need for a stay: toilet paper, shower gel, diswashing soap, tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil. This small things make it very comfortable for travellers. Two bathrooms are a great bonus.

Pros: The owner was very nice and helpful. Always in touch when needed. He also helped us to book a taxi from the airport. The area is very close to Vatican and St Peters square. Nice restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean.

Great place to stay

Pros: The location was great. We didn't need to take any bus or subway. The distribution of the house was fantastic for us, we were 2 families, and each one had its own big cozy room and a toilet. The owners were very responsive and kind.

Cons: I would change the windows to get more isolation from outside, as it could be noisy some times.
