Pros: A spacious and comfortable apartment in an excellent location, within walking distance of nearly all major tourist attractions. Enjoy the charm and atmosphere of classic Rome. Everything you need is just a short walk away—grocery stores, cafés, and more
Cons: There is no lighting above the main entrance door. Hot water supply is limited—sufficient for two people at a time, if more guests need to shower additional heating time will be required.

Staying in a Renaissance palace in central Rome
Pros: The apartment is in the historic centre of Rome, in a Renaissance palace. You can walk to the main sites. The entry code to the apartment may seem a first scary, but it worked very well for us. The staff hosting the apartment is very available.
Cons: Although (almost...) everything works, it is an old apartment that needs renovation. In our case the hot water boiler did not work, but the host reacted quickly and next day it was repaired. The sofa bed is not too comfortable. Due to its very central location there are some noises in the night coming from outside (during our 3 nights there we had drinking locals every night and once also fireworks).

Recommendation! But please read my review and you should know what I mean)
Pros: Location — a real gem! From here you can walk to almost all the main sights: the Vatican, Colosseum, Pantheon, Borghese Gallery, the vibrant Trastevere district, and much more.. Just 260 m away there is a Tigre supermarket with everything you may need. Two separate rooms (each with air conditioning), a spacious corridor, and a well-equipped kitchen: induction stove with two burners, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, large fridge, hairdryer, iron. One thing to keep in mind — it’s not advisable to run several powerful appliances at the same time (e.g. stove, washing machine, and toaster), otherwise the fuse might trip. The concierge and hosts were very kind and helpful — communication was excellent, and we always received quick responses. This is not a “brand-new luxury flat,” but it is absolutely comfortable and practical. Perfect for those who want to experience Rome and spend money on impressions, not glamour.

The overall rating is very good.
Pros: Accommodation in the city center, with many good restaurants nearby.
Cons: One piece of information was definitely missing — in order to have hot water, you need to turn on the electric boiler. There is a switch for it in the bathroom, but it took me a while to figure that out.

Pros: Un coqueto apartamento en el corazón de Roma , equipado con todo lo necesario para una bonita estancia . Una ubicación privilegiada “ a 20 minutos de todo “” todo a pie… Los dueños muy agradables nos dejaron entrar antes del check in y nos dejaron una guía con indicaciones de todo … Y a todo lo que les preguntábamos respondían rápidamente … Volvería a repetir
Cons: Nuestra estancia fue en diciembre y personalmente me hubiera gustado una temperatura más alta en la casa … la calefacción estaba pocas horas …

Pros: Очень понравились апартаменты, просторные, оформлены со вкусом, на тихой исторической улице, в 2 минутах от набережной. Внутри все есть! Очень чисто и уютно! Хозяева были на связи, помогали со всеми вопросами.
Cons: Непросто попасть:) обязательно должен быть заряжен телефон, так как несколько электронных замков. Не работала плита:( возможно уже починили
