Spacious apartment next to San Paolo basilica

Pros: We are returning guests. I love the apartment and the neighborhood. Basilica San Paolo is the hidden gem of Roma and it is just next to the apartment. The apartment is spacious, well equipped. Easy check in and check out. Hosts are very communicative and friendly. Good restaurants nearby (especially I recommend Bacetto).

Cons: It's quite noisy outside, you can't open windows and sleep, unless it's very late night. There is no elevator - bear in mind if you have many luggage.

Spacious, bright apartment in a good location, will return

Pros: The location. However, bare in mind, that it's not in the center, but not quite close and easy reachable (we had a car, but metro stop is not far away). I liked the neighborhood of Ostiense. Small restaurants downstairs, serving good food. Next to one of the most remarkable churches - St. Paul Basilica. It worth to visit. The apartment is spacious and clean.

Cons: A bit noisy due to the restaurants below, can't leave windows open while sleeping. No lift.

Great!

Pros: It was a great apartment very close to RomaTre university and too many nice places to eat. Very convenient, reasonably priced and comfortable. The owner is super nice and very helpful, which is absolutely great!

Cons: Everything was great, so it is difficult to add something. The only thing to mind is that there are neighbours that watch TV very loudly, and make it even louder after midnight. It has nothing to do with the apartment itself, as it is very comfortable. But it might be a bit difficult to sleep, which is important when you travel for work.

Wonderful place to stay (as long as you are not a light sleeper!)

Pros: We very much enjoyed staying in this well-appointed apartment. The communication with the host was excellent. Very close to the metro and there is also a bus just outside the door which takes you to the Vatican! There are plenty of restaurants in the area although we have to admit ordering a few excellent take-away pizzas!

Cons: Unfortunately, the next-door neighbor seems to like their TV on all night and which was very annoying! There was also noise from a music event taking place in the park opposite. Of course, both these things cannot be controlled by the hosts.

In love with this flat

Pros: Extremely clean and neat. Easy check-in and check-out, Staff very helpful.

Easy, local vibe, comfortable for short stay

Pros: Great location felt very local just outside of the main tourist area, comfortable bed, some great restaurants and a bar just underneath.

Cons: Shower wasn’t great, didn’t drain properly so you stood in water. But only a small concern. We had some slight difficulty with the keyless entry but the property manager was very helpful & troubleshoot the problem immediately.

Pros: Very clean, fantastic service from the staff. Nice room with a handy couch and table.

Cons: Very noisy area. The neighbours and the bars below went on till very late every night. Could have used a couple more toiletries

We are satisfied with our stay.

Pros: Excellent location for visitors to the center of La Nuvola (only 4 metro stops). Also 6-7 metro stops to Termini station. Free street parking. Take care not to leave things in the car (laptop, etc.). There are local cafes, restaurants, supermarkets. Maybe someone will be bothered by the longer stay of the cafe visitor under the window (it didn't bother us), as well as the fact that the apartment is in an older building without an elevator.

Pros: Modern apartment in a great location, relatively close to the centre, free parking, parks, bars, restaurants, night life just in front of the building.

Cons: Bed could be better, sleeping cushions could be better, more towels, iron for clothes, and similar stuff could be desirable for longer stays such as ours of more than 5 6 days...
