Comfortable and clean apartment

Pros: The apartment is comfortable for 3 or 4 people, the living area is cosy and everything is extremely clean and well prepared for a pleasant stay. Check-in was easy and the owner accommodated our arrival and departure times perfectly.

Cons: The location is not central, and in our case we had to travel by car sharing services, which were available in the area around the apartment. Some spaces are tight (the kitchen and the single room and its bathroom).

Pros: This apartment suited my family's requirements very well. We are a family of four with two teenage boys, and we all enjoyed the space that this accommodation provided.

Cons: The second bathroom is small and fortunately we didn't need to use it. My husband and boys are all over 6' tall and just didn't fit.

Pros: Perfect for a family stay with older teens who require their own spaces. Comfortable and quiet for our October break. Short walk to Garbatella metro station to get to all the major sights Rome has to offer. Carrefour and Gros Sarcoph supermarkets within 10 minute walk for good selection of food and drink items.

Cons: Don't be put off by the old decor in the communal stair and hall. I was initially but it is typical of older buildings.

Great convenient place to stay while visiting Rome

Pros: Very clean, good wi fi. Good location for travelling to Rome and the airport

Pros: Czysty I zadbany apartament. Dobry ekspres do kawy i czajnik. Łóżka wygodne

Cons: Kuchnia widać, ze ma juz swoje lata. Słychać pobliskie tory, ale nie przeszkadza to w wypoczku.

Buon soggiorno

Pros: La casa è ben distribuita con spazi accurati e molto pulita.

Cons: Le mura sottili non permettono di parlare normalmente, anche se capisco gli orari di silenzio. Il secondo bagno, troppo piccolo per un adulto, se pensato per un bimbo va benissimo.

Ottima Posizione, pulizia eccellente

Pros: Posizione comoda in quanto vicino alla fermata Garbatella della Metro. Posto molto tranquillo

Ottima scelta! da tenere presente per un prossimo viaggio a Roma...

Pros: Appartamento molto carino dotato di ogni confort: materassi e cuscini comodi, morbidi asciugamani.. disponibili phon, macchinetta del caffè con cialde e zucchero, bollitore con tisane e tutto il necessario per preparare da mangiare. Bella scoperta il quartiere: salendo la scalinata quasi di fronte al palazzo non sembra neppure di essere a Roma, ma in un tranquillo borgo! a breve distanza si trovano bar, ristoranti e locali per tutti i gusti! Vicina la metro B Garbatella. A piedi si raggiunge agevolmente anche Italy, dove si possono consumare deliziosi prodotti.

Cons: SE proprio dovessi trovare un neo... la scala del palazzo non in muratura! Ma tanto in alternativa si può fare un piano in ascensore!

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, um Rom zu erkunden. Nach ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg gelangt man zzr nöchstenMetrostation und kann von dort in wenigen Minuten alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Kontakt zu Romina per WhatsApp sehr nett. Die defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde noch am selben Tag ersetzt.

Cons: Hinter dem Haus verläuft eine Bahnstrecke und die Züge sind deutlich zu hören. Uns hat es nicht weiter gestört, mit geschlossenen Fenstern war das ok, auch weil zwischen 24 Uhr und 5 Uhr keine Züge fuhren. Aber wenn man empfindlich ist, sollte man das vielleicht wissen.
