Perfect family apartment for a stay in Rome avoiding the crowds.
Pros: Location- easy to get everywhere by Metro/Metromare but no tourists; right next to San Paolo fuori le mure; local restaurants packed with Roman families & groups of friends. Paolo hugely helpful & friendly & even opened up an extra bedroom for our 13-year-old son.
Cons: Our son would have liked air conditioning (or just a fan) in that extra room!

Just perfect!
Pros: We stayed there as a family of four and it had plenty of space. Paolo, the owner is super helpful, he recommended a lot of places for us to go eat. It’s close to a subway station and super easy to go to the central of town, also a lot of good restaurants close by and a market. We rented a car and Paolo found a spot for us to park. The apartment has two bathrooms which is great for us, the showers had hot water, the building has an elevator, there’s also kitchen, which i loved. The apartment smells great, the beds are comfy. The owner offers kitchen utensils, dish soap, washing machine, soap, towels, coffee, sugar and more. Everything was perfect!

Wished we could stay longer at this apartment. It was very enjoyable!
Pros: Its very clean, everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We were pickpocketed on the subway, the host was very empathetic and even brought us to the police station to make a report. Highly recommended!

Great apartment and great host. Would highly recommend for a stay outside of central Rome.
Pros: Paolo was a great host. He picked us up from the metro station, which was greatly appreciated and also offered to drop us off to a metro station on our departure (we had organised a taxi already). He provided recommendations for places close by to eat and local supermarket info. The apartment is very well maintained, very clean and spacious. Staple amenities are provided by Paolo in the apartment, which is great. It is about a 8-10min walk to the nearest metro station. About 30mins from central Rome via the subway (need to change lines to get off at the Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain), a few stops from the Colloseum (same line & about 20mins walk from the Colloseum to Trevi Fountain), so quite convenient. Highly recommend as a place to stay outside of central Rome.

Pros: Located in the beautiful Garbatella district, the flat is very spacious, clean and easy to reach via public transportation. The landlord was also super nice and helpful and even kept our luggage after the check-out. Highly recommended!

Great lodging both for a couple and for a family with kids!
Pros: It was near a metro station, with a few good restaurants around. The folding beds are absolutely great, giving you awesome living/dining spaces. Great amenities - everything is thought through.
Cons: It does take a bit even with city transport to get to the centre. And the host was messaging me in Italian, so Google Translate was a friend. :)

Pros: Очень понравилось проживание. Апартаменты соответствуют описанию, есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха - удобная кровать, оборудованная кухня. Хозяева были очень доброжелательные дали много информации по окрестностям. Расположение отличное, метро рядом 10 мин ходьбы. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова. Рекомендую!

Pros: 숙소가 넓고 쾌적하며, 호스트가 친절하며 가까이 상주하고 있어 대응이 빠름 근처 맛집 등 다양한 정보를 공유해 주었음 지하철과 가까이 있어 이동에 편리함
Cons: 체크인시 디파짓 150 유로를 현금으로 요구하며 체크아웃시 돌려주므로 체크인시 현금 필요
