Pros: Everything was perfect! Wonderful house near the metro station, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and a cozy kitchen with everything you need. The owner was very kind and willing. Check in was super flexible. Thank you so much!

Comfy neighborhood apartment

Pros: In a quiet residential building and neighborhood, ten minutes from a metro station. The place was comfy, nice kitchen, host available immediately on WhatsApp. Sunny balcony.

Cons: Just be aware, there's no living room. (The listing was totally upfront about this and I'm not complaining. Just reminding potential guests, if you want a place to hang out, it'll be the kitchen or balcony.

Pros: Host Martina was friendly and pleasant and check in was easy. The place was comfortable and clean. Easy access to butcher and minimart. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Pros: The relaxed easy going location, being just out of the bustling city but close to the metro station is just excellent!

Pros: Clean, nice, comfortable and pleasant apartment, easy access, good location, great bedrooms with great beds! The large terrace with a beautiful view is an added bonus. Easy check-in, very responsive landlady! Everything you need for a great stay!

Fabulous apartment with exceptional host!

Pros: Lovely spacious apartment, well equipped and short walk from the metro. Perfect location for us running the Rome half marathon. We loved the little balcony for our morning coffee in the sun. Martina was so helpful and always responded quickly. She kindly allowed us to leave our suitcase for a few hours on the last day so we could visit the beautiful Basilica San Paulo nearby. Highly recommend this apartment!

An excellent choice for us

Pros: The area was safe and quiet. It was close to bus stops. The linen was good cotton quality. There are extra single size thin blankets. The mattress in one room was excellent - new and supporting, but soft. Perfect for us! The other bedroom has 2 mattresses, making a perfect king size bed. However, the one side is more worn out than the other and sinks in. The other one is better, but also a bit too soft. It also squeaks when you turn. However, this did not bother me. I slept very well. We were there early November. The weather was warm at night (hot in the day) and there were no mosquitoes. There are normal clothing stores in the area that offer good value. Not like shops in the main tourist areas. I bought 3 pairs of genuine leather shoes for €25 from a shops that sells end of range limited sizes.

Cons: What other people might not like, but what I loved, was a huge flock of bright green parakeets that nest in the top of the trees outside the balcony. They make a tremendous racket at sunset and sunrise. It doesn’t wake you up, if the windows are closed. I kept the windows open at night and closed it early morning.

Pros: Clean and easy to access. Relatively good location. Nice touches with tea and coffee. The photos don’t do it justice and it is much more spacious in reality.

Pros: very clean and recently renovated apartment. very friendly hostess.

Pros: An elegantly decorated space with many welcoming touches. It is in an excellent location of treelined streets. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and take in the sounds of birds and everyday Roman life. Quite quiet when doubleglazed windows were shut. Convenient with cafe and minimart downstairs and a Metro station 10min walk away.

Cons: Only downside was no aircon. However fans helped keep the June heat at bay for night time sleeping.
