Pros: I highly recommend this apartment! The apartment is beautifully decorated, modern and very clean - exactly as in the photos. It is located in a great location, only about 300 meters from the metro station, which makes getting around Rome very easy. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants, a bakery - everything you need on a daily basis. The owner is very nice and extremely helpful, always available if you have any questions. This is an ideal place for both short and long stays. I would definitely come back here again!

Cozy apartament in a nice Roman neighbourhood
Pros: We had a pleasant stay in this lovely and cozy apartment. Daniele was very helpful and he made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, only a few metro stops from the Colisseum and the neighborhood is quite authentic. I really recommend it!

Pros: The host is nice, very helpful. He can recommend good places to eat and to walk in the neighbourhood. This part of Rome is especially beautiful for walking, very lively and full with restaurants, cafes and stores. The apartment looks very nice, it's well equiped and bed is super comfortable.

Une Jolie Découverte dans un quartier populaire de Rome ! A refaire !
Pros: La gentillesse de Daniele ,qui malgré notre arrivée très tardive, en raison d'un retard de 3h d'avion, a annulé un rendez vous personnel ,pour nous remettre les clés en main propre. Et également sa disponibilité, pour tous les renseignements que nous lui avions demandé, par avance, sur la vie du quartier, ses commerces, restaurants, etc... Au coeur d'un quartier populaire donc, le logement est charmant ,très propre, très correctement équipé et très calme la nuit. Nous étions 3 adultes et nous avions de la place , sans nous marcher dessus! Il est également à 10 mins à pied ,du métro San Paolo, ce qui est pratique pour atteindre tous les monuments historiques de Rome. Enfin le rapport qualité-prix est très bon par rapport à un appartement du centre de Rome! Merci pour votre accueil et au plaisir de se revoir une prochaine fois.

O alojamento ideal para uma estadia turística em Roma.
Pros: A decoração e a localização num bairro calmo, perto do metro e de Garbatella.
Cons: A água do chuveiro por vezes ficava fria.

Un angolo di serenità e comodità in Roma
Pros: L'appartamento è nuovo, pulito e dotato di tutte le comodità. Si nota che è stato ristrutturato recentemente con cura ed attenzione ai particolari. Daniele (il proprietario) è una persona davvero gentile e disponibile, il giorno dell'arrivo ha anticipato l'orario di check-in permettendoci di lasciare i bagagli in appartamento così da visitare con tranquillità la città. Posizione ottima a pochi minuti dalla fermata metro Basilica S. Paolo.

Pros: Nuestra estancia en este apartamento en Roma fue excelente. El lugar estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y perfectamente ubicado para recorrer la ciudad. Tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda: una cama muy cómoda, cocina equipada y un ambiente acogedor. El anfitrión fue excepcional, muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos recibió personalmente, nos explicó todo con detalle y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones sobre qué visitar, dónde comer y cómo movernos por la ciudad. Sin duda, repetiríamos la experiencia y recomendamos este alojamiento al 100% 🇮🇹✨

Pros: La struttura è accogliente e ben curata nei dettagli. A eccezione del forno (del cui non funzionamento ero comunque già stata avvertita dal proprietario preventivamente), la cucina è ben fornita di tutti gli utensili. La casa è pulita e davvero graziosa. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile, mermettendomi di fare il check-in in anticipo per venire incontro alle mie esigenze. Ottima posizione, vicina alla fermata San Paolo della metro B, che permette di raggiungere agevolmente il centro. Per un soggiorno romantico in coppia semplice e raccolto, come nel nostro caso, è stata un'opzione ottima.

Pros: Daniele ist ein hervorragender und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung und unser Eintreffen in der Nacht weit nach der angekündigten Zeit war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und befindet sich in einem schönen Wohnhaus in ruhiger, sicherer und typisch römischer Lage fern von den Touristenmassen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. In ca. 7 Minuten ist man bei der Metrolinie B und in 4 Stationen beim Kolosseum. Daniele hat uns eine Liste preisgünstiger und sehr empfehlenswerter Restaurants und Lokale im nahe gelegenen Viertel Garbatella gegeben, was wir mehrfach genossen haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
