Lovely apartment, close to Metro station.
Pros: This is a very comfortable apartment, spotlessly clean, with a good kitchen (with all the expected equipment) and a table, a good bathroom and a bedroom. The bed is very comfortable. And there is a washing machine, with a clothes airer for drying (and pegs). There is also a double sofa bed in an alcove off the kitchen. The apartment is close to Basilica San Paolo metro station, about 300 metres. There are good restaurants nearby, and an excellent breakfast cafe almost next door (Neroli). There is a good supermarket less than 100 metres away. There is no parking, other than on the street. We didn’t have a car, so we cannot give an assessment of the parking difficulty. The apartment hosts are excellent, very helpful - nothing is too much trouble. And they both speak good English. The apartment is not in the main tourist zone, but that is very easily accessible on the metro. Highly recommended.

The best apartment, the best hosts
Pros: My family and I are delighted 🤩 The apartment is very good. Clean, comfortable, very cute. The apartment has everything for a family. The apartment is in the best location, near St. Paul's Basilica, metro station. It is a very cozy area, quiet and beautiful. We have visited many countries, but I have never had such hosts. Manuela and Riccardo are the best, very warm and lovely, true Italians. They bought a baby carriage for my little son. I am very happy, we will come back to this apartment again❤️

Pros: This is very nice, clean and comfortable appartment with all appliances that you might need for a family stay. Location is very close to St. Paolo metro station and you can easily reach the center, also there are supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants around 100m. The owner Manuela was just great during our stay in Rome, she helped us a lot on the arrival and was always online via whatsapp for any request.

Great place to spend few days in Rome and enjoy Italian hospitality
Pros: Host was very nice and helpfull. He contacted us before arrival, and was there to wait for us and handle keys. Any request we had, he vas happy to help. Room was clean. WiFi high speed internet working perfectly. Location is good - very close to metro station, so travelling around Rome was easy. There is everything you need close to the appartment - supermarkets, nice Italian coffee shop with beatiful and friendly stuff and great cappucinno. What more can you ask :)
Cons: Room had no balcony/terrace, which I would appreciate it had. I believe same host has another appartment with balcony, so if you can choose, maybe ask for \

A cosy room
Pros: A cosy room for singles or couples, run by very friendly hosts. It's very clean and well equipped. The room is outside the tourist area. However, it is easy to get around as the metro station is only a few minutes walk away.
Cons: Sometimes the bathroom drains would smell.

Pros: La mia famiglia ha soggiornato qui per tre notti e si è trovata bene, grazie alla posizione, alla gentilezza della proprietaria e alle ottime condizioni dell'appartamento.
Cons: Unica pecca i rumori di lavatrice in funzione tutta la notte provenienti da appartamenti adiacenti.

Pros: Die Gastgeberin ist verbindlich und zugewandt. Sie hält ihr Wort. Bei einer Reparatur reagiert sie sofort. Mensch bekommt, was mensch liest, bucht und bezahlt, sowohl für die Ferienwohnung, als auch für die Umgebung. Die Fewo ist keine AirBnB-Wohnung. Also, unsere Empfehlung bei voller Zufriedenheit. La padrona di casa è coinvolgente e alla mano. Mantiene la parola data. Risponde immediatamente a qualsiasi riparazione. Si ottiene ciò che si legge, si prenota e si paga, sia per l'appartamento vacanze che per la zona circostante. L'appartamento vacanze non è un appartamento AirBnB. Quindi, la nostra raccomandazione con piena soddisfazione.

Pros: È in un'ottima posizione per chi, come noi, deve recarsi all'Eur e a visitare il centro, perché si trova giusto a metà strada. Zona molto fornita di supermercati, farmacie, vari posti dove mangiare. La struttura ha tutto il necessario. Host molto gentile e disponibile.
Cons: Il divano-letto va bene per due bambini, ma sarebbe stato decisamente scomodo per due adulti.
