Pros: The host was beyond and above the expectation. Helpful, friendly and welcoming. She accommodated us few hours before check in time, because of older parents. Everything was nice and clean, apartment big enough for 5of us.

Cons: Location is a little bit further then expected.

The staff member gave us a very warm welcome.

Pros: It was a clean and an exceptionally comfortable house.

Cons: Everything, especially for the fact that it is close to every facility you can think of.

Pros: 1) Very nice and friendly host. A bit struggle on the communication part because I don't speak Italian and the host speaks little english but we sorted it out. It's expected when you travelling to foreign country, so not a big issue there. We did chat over whatsapp and she responded well. She even allowed us to drop luggage before the check-in time. That was nice. 2) The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Enough pillows and towels. Wifi is good, no issue at all. Beds are comfortable. 3) The neighbours of this building is friendly as well. There's one lady help us with the keys to the building because we had some issue trying to open it. 4) Surrounding area is okay. There's few restaurants to eat, there's tabacchi nearby to buy bus ticket. Bus stop is pretty close by (less than 2mins walk) and there's paid parking garage nearby if you happen to drive but I wouldn't recommend driving in Rome.

Cons: 1) Everything is fine except maybe for the sofa. It's a bit worn down but not a big issue. 2) Had a little trouble with the keys to the front door of the building. It's a bit tricky to open it. Need to play around with it and eventually it opens.

Muy buena experiencia

Pros: La dueña fue muy amable y nos recibió mucho antes de la hora del check-in. Nos recibieron unas señoras de limpieza que fueron súper amables y pese a que no hablábamos italiano, nos pudimos comunicar muy bien. El apartamento es 100% recomendable.

Pros: Alojamento com uma boa relação preço qualidade, bem localizado ( a cerca de 20 minutos de autocarro do centro da cidade ). Anfitriã sempre disponível para ajudar.

Cons: O local é servido apenas por uma linha de autocarro para o centro. Apesar de passarem com uma boa frequência (15-20minutos), é uma linha muito frequentada. Sugiro a colocação no apartamento de um maquina de cafe expresso e uma torradeira. Os colchões já apresentam memoria de uso, devem equacionar a sua troca.
