Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean. Very responsive and great host.

Great spot for 2 couples visiting Rome

Pros: Great location right in front of the bus and tram stop, making it very easy to go visit many areas of Rome. Comfortable stay for 4 people, perfect amount of space and all the amenities you need.

Cons: Perhaps a few kitchen utensils were missing. No cutting board, no wine glasses, knives that weren't sharp, and no pan for the oven. These are things that could easily be solved, so just mentioning!

A lovely apartment in a nice area, hitting all the marks, but missing the extras to set it apart.

Pros: Apartment is spacious with plenty of room for three to stay. It has all the facilities you could possibly need to enjoy a nice stay. Shower was good, and the area was relatively well connected, and even had some great local food options (La Fata Turchina is fantastic!). I personally enjoy a long walk, and so getting home from the city centre takes about an hour, which I enjoyed. You can also choose plenty of buses that are very cheap to get home. The value for money is fantastic though, I paid around ~€525 euros split three ways, totaling €43 a night - very good value for the apartment quality.

Cons: The air conditioning, which was fantastic on the first 3 nights, stopped working on the final night, and the WiFi also stopped responding properly. Minor issues but led to worse sleep on the final evening. Some extra hospitality would also have been nice during the stay - not that the hosts were not hospitable, but it misses that special touch of personal aid to make it a truly lovely spot to stay at. Some local information from the hosts would have been great, for example.

Pros: Great location - easy public transport access to the city center. Accurate description.

Cons: Shower curtain is not ideally designed but it was not a big deal.

Pros: Very big apartement and perfect for three buddies, each got her own rooms. People were nice and helpful.

Our stay was wonderful, offering comfort, convenience, and a touch of classiness.

Pros: Gianicolense far exceeded my expectations on many levels. The building is perfectly situated on Gianicolense Avenue, right next to the tram and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient to commute to Rome’s city center. The apartment itself is very spacious, offering two splendid separate bedrooms, with additional sleeping space on the foldable couch in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything a family might need, but the bathroom stole the show for me with its classy design and the delightful surprise of a bidet. I would definitely choose this apartment again for my next visit to Rome.

Cons: There is really nothing I could complain about this apartment.

Monteverde weekend

Pros: Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato pulito ed efficiente. Vicino a mezzi pubblici

Qualche giorno a Roma per viaggio di piacere

Pros: Il check in e’ a distanza, l’appartamento è situato al primo piano di un Edificio blu, praticamente davanti all’ingresso dell’ospedale San Camillo, nonostante questo è piuttosto silenzioso e la posizione è ottima anche per i Mezzi pubblici che fermano davanti. Il parcheggio in strada ,con un po’ di pazienza nella ricerca, e’ fattibile . Ci sono diversi piccoli negozi intorno, soprattutto bar, alimentari e farmacia. Gli asciugamani sono incredibilmente spessi e morbidi e il letto della camera matrimoniale è veramente comodo. La Zona giorno è molto accogliente e spaziosa. Lo staff si è reso disponibile alle nostre richieste di variazioni senza difficoltà, rendendo migliore la nostra permanenza.

Cons: Per le nostre esigenze , mi sarebbe piaciuto qualche padella e pentola in più, ma alla fine ci siamo comunque adattati senza grossi problemi

Pros: appartamento pulito e ben servito dai mezzi, grstori molto disponibili

Pros: L'emplacement géographique est vraiment parfait et très bien desservit par les bus. l'appartement est très propre.

Cons: le sommier dans la chambre fait trop de bruit à peine on se tourne dans le lit on à l'impression qu'il va tomber. Je conseillerais de le changer et tout serait parfait :-) ... Pour le canapé lit c'était parfait. tout le confort y est et les hôtes se soucis de savoir si nous sommes bien arrivé ou si tous se passe bien.
