Pros: Very helpful owner, excellent location for a family with small children. We had everything we needed to have a great time.

Wonderful place from which to explore Rome

Pros: The host was very helpful and communicative. Our arrival was delayed but there was plenty of communication to ensure we were met at the apartment. The apartment was small as there were 4 of us, but still very comfortable and welcoming. Also very clean. As a base for exploring Rome, this apartment is perfect. The location is walking distance to sights like the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and the many beautiful areas around the Tiber. A little longer of a walk to the Colosseum (30 mins). There are many great restaurants and cafes nearby. Also a great shopping ares if that's your thing. We will definitely be returning, as there is so much to see in Rome and we only had 3 days. We would stay here again without doubt (of we can get a reservation).

Pros: The location is perfect to visit all the best attraction of Rome. Very quiet street. Modern place on ancient building

Great location, not as great appartment

Pros: The appartment is in a great location - you can walk everywhere & see the main sights within a short distance walk (the closest Pantheon and Piazza Navona is 5-7 minutes, it is also very close to Vatican, Castel Sant´Angelo, Spanish Steps etc...). The host contacted us in advance, which was nice and provided us helpful information.

Cons: The appartment itself was dossapointing for the price. The layout is nice, but the furnishings feel cheap and rental-grade. It lacks heart and care (dirty walls, a worn-out sofa, uncomfortable bed and pilllows, a flimsy kitchen or a moldy plastic shower curtain). The terrace could be beautiful&relaxing place, but it is not - because of an unmaintained furniture and dried-out plants.

Pros: Excellent stay! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main sights, most of which could be reached on foot. The host was very kind and always willing to help. The apartment was spacious, ideal for a family with two children, and very clean. I would definitely recommend it!

Great location, good studio and helpful host :)

Pros: The location is perfect, right in the center, near all sightseeing's. The studio was super clean, warm and cozy. There is a coffee capsules machine and AC. Amerigo is a great host very helpful with everything and he suggested us some local (non touristic) restaurants and close hidden sights around the area. Supermarket very close to location. Would definitely book again, for our next trip to Rome!

Fabulous.

Pros: Fantastic location, great flat, wonderful terrace, super helpful host. Coffee and tea, shower gel and soaps were supplied, as well as an abundance of local recommendations for restaurants, cafes, etc. We, a family of four with 2 kids (4 and 6), were very happy about our stay.

Cons: No complaints at all.

Centrally located, walk to major attractions. Good value for money, very convenient and cosy.
