Pros: The apartments in Rome are spacious and beautifully designed, with tasteful decor and a lovely atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms large, and the terrace was a wonderful place to relax. The girls at the reception were extremely kind and helpful – they even guided us to find the apartment easily. After check-out, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage, which was very convenient. A perfect stay in the Rome!

Cons: The location is not right in the heart of Rome, but it’s easy to reach the center by bus, with the stop located just a few steps from the building. Overall, a perfect and comfortable stay! Breakfast was delightful, just like in Italy – fresh croissants ;)

Friendly friendly friendly 😍

Pros: The friendliness, flexibility and brilliant communication of the staff was second to none. I had to check in very late and they talked me through everything and kept an eye on my walk to the accommodation to make sure I was ok - that’s a very reassuring thing when you’re a woman alone late at night. Nothing I asked for was a problem and I felt very well looked after! I would definately book again!

Cons: Fee for late checking in, even I payed for my son (16 years) like adult and ask them to have a bed, he had to sleep on the sofa.

Very good stay.

Pros: Personel was very helpful, Good location, close to Vatican. Clean and comfortable. Bus stop and metro close to the apartment. Easy to check in.

Cons: There was a problem with hot water in the apartment in 1st and 2nd day. We did not like the fact that personel invited service in the last day when we were leaving. 4 guys came to fix the issue when we woke up and that was not right.
