Overall, comfortable & a lovely stay. Highly recommended!

Pros: The property is so accessible to the main attractions, safe area, accessible to cafes & stores. The room is very clean and smells good 🥰

Cons: Would be nice if the walls are soundproof but it was not bothering since guests are also mindful

Pros: We spent 4 days (3 nights) at Cristian's place and it was fantastic. The room and the balcony was spacious, comfortable and modern. The whole place was clean and organized. The neighborhood was also very pleasant and calm, the city center was easily accessible by bus. I really recommend it, it's a great a place for reasonable price.

It was an absolutely amazing experience!

Pros: The property was very spacious. There was lots of room to put all of our stuff and it was very clean. We had all the amenities we needed and more. There was an amazing restaurant downstairs next to the B&B, I would highly recommend.

Pros: We were looking for a more budget-friendly option, and that’s how we found Cristian’s place — it turned out to be perfect for us. While it’s not in the city center, it’s very close to the airport shuttle stop and just two minutes away from several bus lines that take you anywhere in the city. So the location wasn’t an issue at all. What you get is basically a hotel-style room inside an apartment — something important to understand. For us, it worked great. The room has air conditioning, and the private bathroom is modern and recently renovated. Cristian was extremely kind and helpful — he let us store our luggage before check-in and also for a few hours after check-out. All in all, this is an excellent option for anyone looking to save money in Rome while still enjoying a nice, clean room with great public transportation access.

Spotless, spacious room in Aurelia neighborhood of Rome

Pros: The son/mother duo who run the place are lovely and kind and very responsive. The room was spacious, spotless, and cheerful. The price was more than fair.

Cons: While the room was great, the location was strange. The B&B is located in, essentially, an office building on a very busy commercial street. The building felt totally empty at night, and I believe I was the only one staying there (the proprietors stay elsewhere), so it was a bit odd. After I checked in, I never saw another human being there for my 3 night stay. Having said that, it was good value for money and I suppose if you are not looking for a charming location, it's totally worth it.
