Wonderful for a family, great location, feels like home

Pros: Location is wonderful, metro stop is 20m away from the main entrance. The apartment is big, enough space for everything, its also nicely renovated in a nice location. Our host was really helpful and flexible. We could leave the flat late and pick up our bags at 5pm.

Cons: I had no issue.

Cons: redelijk rustig, enige omgevings geluid is de trein die vanaf 5 uur s'ochtends te horen is en de gebruikelijke appartements geluiden van buren

Civico Appia per soggiorni TOP

Pros: La location è corrispondente alla descrizione ed alle sue foto, quindi moderna, pulita ed accogliente. Altro dato molto positivo è la posizione, la strettissima vicinanza alla fermata della Metro. Per ultimo, ma non meno importante vogliamo anche citare la posizione strategica di un ottimo ristorante trattoria con cucina locale ed un bar per eccellenti ed indimenticabili colazioni. Valeria, il nostro Host, rende il tutto più speciale con la sua disponibilità ed estrema cortesia.

Pros: Apartamento fantástico, muy cómodo, bien cuidado, nuevo, con muchos detalles y sobretodo súper bien comunicado con el metro al lado. Los anfitriones muy atentos, aconsejando y dando soluciones. Para repetir cuando volvamos a Roma!!

Pros: 設備すべてが清潔で、滞在に必要な物が全て揃っていた。各部屋にエアコンが設置されており、猛暑続きのローマで快適に過ごす事が出来た。オーナーさんとの連絡がスムーズで、すぐ知りたい情報を知る事ができた。

Cons: オーナーさんとは関係ないが、集合住宅の建物に入る鍵が故障気味で、スムーズに建物に入れない時があった。 (滞在した部屋の鍵は問題ありません)

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Sarà il nostro punto di riferimento quando torneremo a Roma.

Pros: Civico Appia è un delizioso appartamento, ristrutturato da poco, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort, in un complesso condominiale molto tranquillo. La zona è ben servita perché sono presenti un parcheggio (a pagamento ma convenzionato con la struttura), l'ingresso della metro A che vi porta in centro in pochi minuti, supermercati (uno di questi aperto H24), bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e altre attività commerciali. Fabrizio e Valeria sono ottimi padroni di casa. Sicuramente sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per le prossime gite a Roma.
