Demetra - Little Loft a Trastevere

Excellent stay. I loved every min and felt like I had a real Italian experience.

Pros: Location. This was a huge win, no public transport needed, I love the area, has so much charm. Very Qwerky!

Cons: It’s a cold property, while it does have a heating system it would benefit from a rug or something to add warmth and conform (just a personal preference tho). The hot water only lasted long enough for one of us to have a hot shower. Points raised constructively only.

Pros: Amazing location and the host really helpful. It doesnt lack any amenities. Silent neighborhood. 10minutes walk from trastevere and 20-25minutes from the center.

Cons: The bed looks weird but it was actually really comfortable. The only issue is that the shower is too small and a bit slippery.

Loved the apartment, great for solo or a couple, charming with character & Laura was wonderful.

Pros: Extremely cute little place, also quiet, which suited me. Bed comfortable & all facilities you require, including a Washing Machine ! Super clean & tidy. Laura was beyond helpful & kind, gave me a lovely welcome & was completely efficient. Also available on WhatsApp for any queries. Close to Vatican & other sites.

Cons: No elevator, which is tough with heavy luggage, but not a deal breaker. Bed is in loft with no standing room, & access by ladder , might be an issue for some with mobility issues, but I thought it was quirky , cosy & unique.

Pros: Cosy, well equipped, great mezzanine bedroom space, perfect for a couple. Great location in Trastevere, five minutes walk from main bar/restaurant area, in a very quiet lane. Extra appreciation for Jessica, always available for support, especially when we were dealing with a medical emergency at night, top!

Great neighbourhood, amazing host!

Pros: The host was so communicative, she made the entire check in process very clear and was always available if we had any questions. Logging into the Wifi was done via QR code, which made it a quick and easy process. The location was great - walkable to Vatican City and Trastevere, so while we could still walk to all the sites (Colosseum was the furthest away, at about a 45 minute walk), it wasn't very busy. The street is absolutely beautiful, and it was a joy to step outside every morning.

Cons: It wasn't a problem for us, but the lofted bed platform is quite close to the ceiling. You can only crawl on the lofted platform, so while it was a comfortable and cozy sleeping arrangement, just be aware that there is very little head room. That being said, having the bed lofted gives you a lot more living space in the apartment.

Pros: Apartment was situated in Trastevere. Very easy to walk Vatican. Everything was super nice and cozy. The feeling was like home. And of course Jessica the hostess was amazing and super friendly, helpful.🥰 If you want real Rome feeling I suggest this place

We will try to book this apartment again next year and this is the best answer :)

A small pearl in room

Pros: I appreciate the communication with Jessica, she seamed so sweet. The apartment is so cosy, and the street is close to the center, but down a small road that make is quite. The lock system was easy and worked like it should

Cons: It's seams a bit scam, the fact that we had to pay taxes over a link, and didn't talk to a single person, though it said so on Booking, that they would meet us there. And we noticed if we had any appliance on while talking a shower, we would get very small Electric shocks.

God og rolig beliggenhed tæt på det travle Trastevere. Lejligheden et ældre og har fin atmosfære, men ret så mange stejl

Pros: Fin og sjov lejlighed i rolige omgivelser i denne ældre bygning. Vi fik meget fin information og hjælp ved indtjekningen.

Cons: Hvis man ikke er helt ung eller så godt gående eller er over 65, skal man måske alligevel overveje dette sted en gang til. Der er ret mange stejle trapper, til gengæld kommer man i form 😁

Pros: La ubicación el precio y lo necesario para disfrutar de roma con una estancia cómoda

Cons: Las escaleras para llegar al piso son bastante empinadas ya que son antiguas, el techo del dormitorio es bastante bajo, el cuarto baño y la cocina son estrechos y el aire acondicionado enfría solo la planta de abajo no la buhardilla donde está la cama, no apto para todas las personas diría yo ya que si eres grande te va a costar moverte
