A great apartment!
Pros: A lovely apartment that had everything you could need. The host was very friendly and helpful. It is a little way from the centre of Rome but it has a good transport link in the way of the tram which take you all the way to the station and underground. So the apartment is perfectly situated. Tea and coffee were provided, as well as things like dishwasher tablets, oil and kitchen roll. All of which were very useful additions. The apartment really did cater for everything need. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent apartment
Pros: Very comfortable, spacious and super clean. In the area there's an amazing local restaurant called L'idillio-23. Close to the centre of Pigneto. Easy to reach Termini. The area seems very safe. Value to quality ratio couldn't be better

Perfect!
Pros: There was everything you needed. Self check-in. Clean towels. Large bed. Balcony with seating. Kitchen with oven, microwave, gas hob, cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, coffee, snacks, fridge and bottles of water. Clean bathroom, hot water, hairdryer. Living room with fold-out bed and tv. Apartment near public transport and grocery stores. Perfect apartment!

Pros: We liked everything, the appartment is perfect and has everything you need for short and long term stay.. Eauipped kitchen, comfy bedroom, blankets, heating and airconditioner, washing machine dishes and clothes etc... it is convenient for leisure, business and it is nearby tram and bus station leading to Termini, a little bit far away from metro but not more than 650 meters, which is not far away for young people. Quiet neighborhood, safe and nice.. The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable, sunny and we did not have any problems during our stay.. The owner is very polite and kind.
Cons: spacious bathroom, but tiny shower space for 4XL people (if I need to say what my husband didn't like 😄).. but everything else was just perfect, so we will visit the apartment Hectoa again for sure.

Pros: - Automatic check-in - apartment very clean - have well come drink 2 bottles in the fridge - have breakfast and tomato sauce, spaghetti,bean for cook - towel smell good - 2 air conditioner ( bed room , living room ) - in the night very quiet that we can sleep well - have everything for cooking, washing machine , Dishwasher, Capsule coffee that we can drink in the morning with breakfast - the owner Quick reply and nice - easy to go city center and every where

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé
Pros: Appartement très spacieux et bien équipeé. Nous y avons passé une semaine et avons eu le sentiment d'être chez nous, rien ne nous a manqué. Commerces et restaurants à proximité immédiate. Tram direct pour rejoindre la gare, en 20-30 minutes. L'accès au centre de Rome est un peu plus long, mais facile.
Cons: Nous avons dû verser la taxe de séjour en amont via virement bancaire, ce qui nous a occasionné des frais supplémentaires et nous a pris du temps. Il y a eu quelques nuisances sonores : nous entendions la télé du voisin (le soir) et l'aspirateur du garage d'en face était souvent en fonctionnement (nous l'entendions beaucoup en journée avec les fenêtres ouvertes).
