Pros: It was a very clean and comfortable apartment. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay more if it was possible. The neighbourhood is great and close to everything you need

Pros: Excellent apartment in a new building! The facilities are perfectly functional. Three Smart TVs - one in each bedroom and one in the living room - are Ultra HD and a great way to relax after a long day of visiting the important attractions. ACs, fridge, induction cooker, coffee machine, WiFi - all working great! The host was quite friendly and not only was he prompt with helping us check in, he also gave helpful recommendations. Don't hesitate to reach out to him for anything to might need. The location is well-connected with Central Rome with the closest bus stop at a 4-minute walking distance and metro station at a 9-minute walking distance. Another big advantage is that there's a 24x7 supermarket right across the bus stop, making it very convenient to get anything you might need. All in all, we were very happy with the stay and would definitely recommend everyone who's visiting Rome to go ahead and book the place without giving it a second thought!

Pros: Location: 5-10 mins by walk to closest metro station. Nice caffes around the apartment. Free parking if you can find one :)
Cons: Shower: Although hot water issue was fixed by the host, shower did not had enough power, so it was like standing under a strong leak and not shower. Rome is a city of lot of walking... when you come back, one want to have a very relaxing shower.

Large updated apartment in an eclectic neighbourhood
Pros: The apartment was easy to find and quite large. We liked the large modern bathroom and updated kitchen. It’s very close to a fruit shop, supermarket and pharmacy plus some nice restaurants. The area is quite eclectic and not at all touristy. The hosts Giorgio and Vincenza were very responsive and friendly.
Cons: The kitchen could do with more items for basic cooking. The dining/living room felt a bit cold and not inviting. Nicer dining room table and chairs would help.

Magnificent stay and very accommodative hosts.
Pros: Giorgio was a very gracious host. The apartment has an amazing bathroom and the size of the rooms are great. Amazing airconditioning too. Also very helpful hosts.
Cons: It was a bit far from the city centre but that makes it a bit more affordable. So it is not a big issue.

Beautiful, comfortable and quiet place 20min away from downtown
Pros: The apartment is renewed and is filled with comfort items, such as air conditioners and THREE big smart tvs. It is a very beautiful place, decorated and with huge bedrooms and dining/living room,close to groceries, pharmacies, good restaurants (pizzeria da Simone is a must go). The neighborhood is also quiet and not very far from the interesting points. The hosts Giorgio and Vicenza are great hosts and gave us a lot of tips to visit in the city.
Cons: It is not close to the main touristic points, but it is 20min away by train/tram.

Pros: The apartament is newly renovated and clean. It's very spacious The access is very easy because you don't need to remember about any keys. Big TVs with an access to the streaming platforms are a huge plus. There are any equipments you need both for short or a long stay. There are many good restaurants, cafes and gelaterias just around the corner. It's really easy to get to the city centre by bus or by city train. The host is very friendly and gives many advices and reccomendations. Grazie mille!
Cons: The living room and kit kitchen may be a little bit cosier.

Great apartment if you intend to spend part of the day inside
Pros: The apartment was excellent. There are some tasty restaurants around, and a supermarket is two minutes' walk away. I was surprised by the size of the rooms and the living room.
Cons: If you intend to visit the main attractions in Rome, the flat may be a bit far. On average, it took us 50 minutes to go to the main attractions. So, you had to plan to leave the place only once or stay in the area for dinner.
