If you don't need a receipt, then I recommend this apartment; otherwise, no.

Pros: For a short stay in the country, it's a good location. Although it was noisy, the area around the apartment was quite safe. There was a good selection of inexpensive restaurants right next to the apartment. The apartment was clean and had a good internet connection.

Cons: Right at the beginning of the reservation, about 1.5 months before the trip and before payment, we agreed with the apartment owner that he would give me a tax receipt for payment as soon as he received the money from Booking. But almost 3 months have passed, no confirmation has been received, and the owner has blocked me on WhatsApp.

Pros: Spent a few days with my family and couldn’t be happier. Mauro was very polite, friendly and was always available if we had a question about anything. He would work around our schedule when we would arrive and leave. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: The host is exceptional. He greeted us even though we were a few minutes late and he waited for us. Also showed the whole place and was there for every question. The place is quite in front of the main station and all attractions are easily accessible. There are also a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around which makes life easy The rooms are super neat and have all essentials for today's life. Like hairdryer, dishwasher, oven, cooking utensils, iron, and all toiletries.

Cons: The bed rooms lack AC.

Affordable, decent apartment in good location for sightseeing Rome!

Pros: - Very kind, supportive and responsive host Mauro, - Metro and tram stations within 5-10 minutes of walk, - Apartment is spacious - perfect for two couples, - It was very tidy upon our arrival, - Mauro granted us key for private elevator, so we could easily walk in and out with baby pushchair, thank you!

Cons: - Kitchen could have a bit more tools/utilities- host offered he will drop in something if needed, but I didn't want to bother him for a mug or knife for bread. But don't worry, most of the basic stuff is there! - Mattress in one room felt a bit hard, but this might be a matter of preference, subjective opinion.

Apartamento muy recomendable

Pros: Estaba muy bien equipado con todos los electrodomésticos y con toda clase de productos de aseo. Simona nos recibió a la puerta del apartamento y nos explicó donde podíamos cenar al llegar a las 8:30 de la tarde y supermercado cercano. Mauro, el dueño, pendiente en todo momento por si necesitábamos algo. Muchas gracias por todo a los 2. Volveríamos al apartamento sin duda alguna

Cons: En el salón había un poco de ruido de los trenes al dormir en el sofá cama una persona

Pros: The apartment is central to most attractions, and also close to the central termini. Mauro is very attentive and helpful. Felt safe in the apartment too

Estupenda estancia en Gio's Home

Pros: El anfitrión nos dió todas las facilidades posibles para el check -in antes de la hora y el chek-out después de la hora estipulada. Muy bien ubicado cerca de la Estación de Termini ,para poder desplazarte cómodamente. La casa muy limpia , cómodas camas y el aire acondicionado nos salvó de la ola de calor.

Cons: De la casa todo perfecto.

Séjour parfait!

Pros: La gentillesse et la réactivité du propriétaire. Logement très calme malgré la proximité de la gare et les rues passantes. Appartement frais et il y a la climatisation!

Cons: Il y aurait besoin d'un saladier et peut être une bouilloire électrique?(mais il n'y a pas de prise à côté de l'évier !) alors ceci explique peut être cela!
