Quiet haven within close proximity of all the city has to offer.
Pros: I could have lived there! The apartment is very spacious and is very comfortable and quiet within a courtyard and with a private patio. After living out of suitcases for over a month in hotel rooms, it was so nice to spread out and enjoy the space. It was about 15 min walk from the main train station, and a 20 min walk from the colosseum, with a supermarket and metro station all within 10 minute walk. Giuseppe made sure we had everything we needed and was only ever a text message away.
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like except our stay wasn’t long enough.

Pros: We couldn't imagine better place to stay in Rome. Huge, beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment with all the facilities available inside the house. By walk you can reach the main attractions of the city. Next time in Rome we will choose this place again definitely.

Pros: We appreciated the attention we received from our host. He was very helpful in providing us with directions and made a number of very helpful suggestions regarding area & transportation. Our accommodations were marvelous. We felt comfortable and at home with the furnishings and the anemities also. The beds were really nice!!
Cons: We were challenged by the lack of hot water in the morning but I think someone may have touched the switch we were warned against touching ;)

Comfortable, cool, large apartment close to Central Rome. Absolutely perfect for families.
Pros: House was super easy to access, was really really spacious, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. We love the decorations in the house too. The kitchen had literally everything a kitchen could have, even a lovely stovetop espresso WITH coffee which I used in the morning. The location was an inner courtyard of the building which meant that it was very private, safe and quiet. It was also close enough to everything that we were able to walk to almost everything around Rome. Also, having a literal temple right outside the house was very cool. Loved it. Thank you Guiseppe!!!

Pros: It is not a modern house but they have everything you need. The house is comfortable enough to stay in. The owner is very accomodating and very attentive to everything. The metro is 10 mins. walk from the place and at most 15 mins. walk from the central station. We are satisfied to sum it up..😊

Guiseppe was very helpful and welcoming, we had a lovely stay, I would recommend this apartment.
Pros: The size of the property and the courtyard, the rooms were all a generous size, the kitchen was well equipped.

A great place to stay with a great host.
Pros: Giuseppe is a great host. Met us on arrival to let us in and show the house. Was helpful with tips of locations to nearby sights and amenities. Walking distance to the train station. Large accomodation, suitable for a family. Kitchen facilities were great!
Cons: Beds were a bit firm but that’s personal taste.

Very good apartment
Pros: Apartment on the ground floor in the center of Rome, in an old charming building, which adds charm. 3 rooms, a hall, a large patio with a table and chairs, a classic bathroom with an additional room with a washbasin and a washing machine, and a very well-equipped kitchen. In one word, like at home. Without frills and unnecessary luxury. Very good contact with a very nice owner. Possibility to leave luggage. We even managed to check in early. Close to the metro station, shops, market hall and Termini railway station. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a good rest in Rome.
