Perfect authentic stay

Pros: The location was amazing, the house felt very authentic. This is a great stay for 4-5 people and looks exactly like the pictures, the host was just amazing, he gave us TOP recommendations and tips how to explore Rome. I have stayed in many different accommodations in Italy and never had host provide such great recommendations. The Gelateria near the house is to die for, a must visit place.

Comfy, cozy, affordable stay with a great host.

Pros: The property was lovely. We visited the first week of December and it was warm and cozy. Gordon met us at the property (at 11pm after we arrived on an international flight) and was extremely welcoming and informative about the property and the local area. We would happily stay again.

Cons: Nothing - it met our needs and was exactly as advertised.

Excellent

Pros: Everything was perfect. Spacious, everything worked, there were enough amenities in the kitchen even for a quick meal. We really appreciated the air conditioning that we could turn on to warm the apartment as the nights were chilly early November. The host is extremely helpful in explaining everything about the property, but also gave us some tips about getting around and restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Walking distance to Colosseum, and close to metro station for farther destinations.

Pros: Great location. Apartment looks exactly like on the pictures. I was wondering if heating will be on because in March you have high temperatures during a day and at the same time you are freezing at night. But at Gordon's heating was on :) Well equipped, clean apartment. Gordon is a really helpful person too!

Great Stay in Rome

Pros: A wonderful place to stay while in Rome. Close to Manzoni Metro Station - very clean and warm made use of washing machine. Gordon was very helpful when he welcomed us, explaining about Rome and places to go. Recommend this apartment when staying in Rome

Great Stay in Rome

Pros: We spent 3 nights in this apartment in Rome, and it was a wonderful experience. The owner was very easy to contact via WhatsApp and met us at the agreed time to hand over the keys. He also provided us with a wealth of information about the attractions in Rome and was very friendly, for which we are very grateful. The location was excellent, close to the main train station and the metro, making it easy to reach the main attractions of Rome. The apartment had almost everything you need for a few days' stay in Rome. For dinner, I highly recommend the nearby San Lorenzo district, which has many restaurants where you can eat delicious food at reasonable prices.

Cons: There are a few things that could be improved: allowing electronic payment, perhaps through Booking.com, as payment is currently only possible in cash. I was prepared for this, but it's not the most convenient form of payment today. Additionally, there was no hot water on the last day of our stay, and the frying pan was so scratched that it was unusable. Lastly, considering this is Italy, I would have expected a corkscrew to be part of the apartment's equipment.

Pros: The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful. When we entered the apartment he made sure everything was working fine (wifi, appliances) and had already prepaired two maps for us and provided us with all information we needed for our stay and city tour. His kindness is something that is rarely seen by apartment owners. Apartment is also very clean and nice.
