Pros: Apartment was clean and well equiped. The owner was nice and helpful. Bus and metro stops are really close. The flat is located on the 5th floor, but there is a lift.
Cons: The lift is very small, so we had to fold the wheelchair to fit it in. The shower was a little terrifying because of mold. Termini surronding is not the safiest one, but you have to be aware of it, when booking the apartment near the main station.

Pros: Host was great. Lots of great times in Rome and this apartment was a great size for my family of 5. Host was great!
Cons: Location between Orchids and Termini wasn't the greatest but overall, the actual building complex was good.

Lovely place to come back to after busy day of sightseeing.
Pros: Nice and spacious, tidy apartment equipped with everything you need. Location was great near to main station and all tourist attractions easily reachable. Fatima was very kind and helpful when we arrived. Little touches like food on arrival, milk, tea, coffee etc were very much appreciated.
Cons: Nothing really. Shower was a bit small but I am very tall. Beware that City tax needs paying in cash - we overlooked this and had to find a cash point with Fatima’s help.

Pros: The apartment itself exceeded all my expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy for me to prepare meals, and the comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. As luck would have it, we found ourselves in a predicament in the middle of the night when we were unable to locate a taxi to take us to the airport. It was a stressful situation, and we were unsure of how to proceed. In our moment of need, the host, Manuela, came to our rescue in a way that went above and beyond all expectations. Without hesitation, she personally drove us to the airport, ensuring we made our flight on time. Once again, thank you for your warmth, your generosity, and for making our stay in Rome truly unforgettable.

Pros: Квартира отличная для посещения Рима, все необходимое для отдыха есть. Расположение удобно тем что близко вокзал , основные достопримечательности и метро. Хозяева гостеприимны и всегда на связи, рады помочь. Квартира оставила приятные впечатления.

Great Location for Small Families Visiting Rome
Pros: Our host was extremely kind and accommodating for our early arrival. Additionally, the apartment was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The location was also close to the metro and bus stop for traveling to various sights. I highly recommend the Orchid Apartment for all small families passing through Rome.

Apartamento practico cerca del centro de Roma
Pros: Nos dejaron detalle de bienvenida, con desayuno y cafe. Nos gusto mucho el gesto. Apartamento reformado con camas comodas, y bastante centrico.
Cons: la ducha era bastante pequeña.

Pros: Cudowni gospodarze, przemili ludzie, super kontakt, w apartamencie jest wszystko, co potrzeba: kuchnia wyposazona calkowicie, jest cukier, kawa, herbata. Czekała na nas woda i poczęstunek. W łazience komplet kosmetykow. Super łatwe zameldowaniw, 5 minut do stacji metra Mazoni, 20 na pieszo do Koloseum, 15 do Termini, polecam❤️
