We couldn’t ask for more .

Pros: The flat has 2 double bedrooms and a large sitting room. It’s very well equipped with everything you may need. The owner, Max, is super responsive to calls and messages and very helpful. There are shops and restaurants a couple of mins walk. The train station ‘Gemelli’ is about 15 mins walk . I’d definitely go back.

Pros: Very nice and calm area. Great connectivity with the most attractive parts of the Rome. The apartment was very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: The location is ideal—while Rome has no single “perfect” spot, this apartment is close enough to easily explore the city’s many attractions. Renting a car is recommended to fully immerse yourself in all the city has to offer. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited for four adults. The modern design is stylish yet retains a classic Italian feel, providing a lovely blend of comfort and authentic charm.

Cons: The crib provided was unfortunately unusable, as it was entirely broken. However, the bed in the room was spacious enough to accommodate a baby sleeping alongside the parents. It would be helpful if the property could consider replacing the crib for future guests traveling with infants.

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this flat! The owner was incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for clients. I absolutely loved my time here and feel sad to leave. If I ever come back to Rome, I will definitely stay in this apartment again. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Pros: Very clean, nice apartment, close to the bus stop, bar and pizza-to-go place. Fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom and, for longer stays, you can even do the laundry. A perfect place to stay in Rome, value for money. And the host is very attentive, friendly and helpful.

Pros: Very clean, neat & crisp. Everything was perfect. Recommendation: a couple of bottles of drinking water next to the bed would have been great in the room. I came in pretty late & shops nearby were closed. So had to look for a shop about 1 km away to get some water.

Dobre przełożenie ceny do jakości, duże przestronne mieszkania z dobrą komunikacją z miastem.

Pros: Przestronne i duże pokoje, dobrze wyposażone, dobra komunikacja z centrum ( bezpośrednie połączenie autobusem nr 46). Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Cons: Dało się czuć kanalizację w Łazienkach ale wynika to bardziej z tego że są to starsze budynki niż z winy właściciela bo w mieszkaniu/łazience było czysto.

Confortevole, ampio e accogliente.

Pros: Appartamento molto ampio e accogliente, in ottima posizione rispetto al Policlinico Gemelli. È anche silenzioso e dotato di ogni comfort.

Cons: L’unico appunto è per la porta del bagno che non si chiude a chiave. È vero che si può parcheggiare liberamente in strada nei dintorni dell’appartamento, ma trovare posto, soprattutto la sera, non è sempre un’impresa facile.
