Good apartment , good price , close to centre of Rome

Pros: Location was good short train ride to centre. Very nice apartment small details let it down .

Cons: The appearance of the building it is having work done so it looks like a builders yard , quite hard to find especially as we arrived in the dark .Wasn’t sure if it was the correct building at first . The bathroom /toilet could do with a revamp. Filthy food stained tea towel in the kitchen , nice clean one in the drawer so just take the old one away and put a new out ? Little things matter . No kettle in the kitchen to make tea but I suppose the Italians are coffee drinkers .

Pros: It's spacious apartment with equipped kitchen and plenty of space. The owner is very nice and helpful. We arrived earlier and wasn't any problem with that. Good communication

Cons: The negative was that there is a construction work on the building and scaffolding everywhere around the building so you cannot open window or use the balcony. And the people started to work in 7:30am so it's not pleasant to wake you up so early during holiday. Also the heating wasn't working and in the evenings was little cold and uncomfortable
