Amazing
Pros: Pietro is an extraordinary person, I was with my family, we had a late check-in, Pignetto met us at the apartment and explained the house rules, we wrote from the road and he answered us instantly, the house is very clean, cozy, comfortable, absolutely everything I felt like at home, the location is extraordinary, very close to the house, through a beautiful neighborhood, there is a metro line C, five stops to the center of Rome, to the Colosseum metro line. We also easily went to the Vatican, you get on the A line and get off at Ottaviano, at the Vatican stop, in short, you have all the metro stations at your fingertips, I will definitely come back. Thank you very much for creating such comfort

Family of four adults weekend
Pros: Absolutely lovely host, Pietro, thank you for the nice apartment, we really enjoyed the place, the surroundings, all the shops and small, cosy restaurants are at the doorstep or only a stone's throw away; good network to the centre and despite the strike and the protest we managed to get by smoothly. 100% recommended.
Cons: The street can be noisy but hey, you're in Rome.

Pros: Zaista udoban smeštaj z Rimu. Osećali smo se kao kod kuće. Stan ima sve što vam je potrebno. Nalazi se blizu centra Rima (na 5 metro stanica) od Colosseo. Birali smo takvu lokaciju da bi osetili svakodnevni život u Rimu. Prekoputa stana je pekara, malo niz ulicu prodavnica i veliki supermarket koki radi 24 sata. Kreveti su udobni, prostlrije prostrane, u kuhinji imate i više nego što vam treba za kraći boravak. Sve u svemu sjajno.

Pros: OTTIMA LA POSIZIONE, GRADEVOLE L'ALLOGGIO A POCHI MINUTI DALLA FERMATA MALATESTA DELLA METROPOLITANA. ANCHE SE NON PREVISTO ABBIAMO TROVATO L'OCCORRENTE PER UNA COLAZIONE VELOCE OLTRE A SPUMANTE E PANETTONE DI BEN VENUTO. RISPETTO ALL'ORARIO DI CHECK IN SIAMO ARRIVATI PRIMA. GENTILISSIMO IL PROPRIETARIO
Cons: IL RISCALDAMENTO NON è AUTONOMO MA CENTRALIZZATO PERTANTO NON è POSSIBILE INTERVENIRE PER ACCENDERLO IN COMPENSO CI SONO I CLIMATIZZATORI A POMPA DI CALORE. IL LETTO HA IL MATERASSO UN PO DURO MA TUTTO SOMMATO SOPPORTABILE.

Pros: Апартаментидуже чисті і милі. Господарі чуйні і уважні до дрібниць. На кухні все необхідне, залишені чай, кава, вода, до кави. Це було дуже приємно. Зручні ліжка. Нам було комфортно як дома.

Pros: La disponibilità del padrone di casa è stata eccezionale. Fin da subito ci ha accolto facendoci sentire a casa e senza problemi ci ha spiegato con molta calma dove andare e come muoversi nel miglior modo possibile ed in più ci ha fatto trovare delle cose da mangiare per la colazione, molto fornito. La casa era perfetta. Una cucina dotata di ogni servizio, il salotto con un divano letto ed un tavolo disponibile, Il bagno nuovo e tutto funzionante ed infine la camera da letto che era abbastanza spaziosa con materassi e cuscini nuovi. Chicca finale, la figlia del proprietario ci ha gentilmente regalato dei souvenir di benvenuto fatti appositamente da lei
