Comfortable

Pros: Clean and comfortable room close enough to Termini station and the historical center with the metro. In a peaceful, vivid neighborhood, with all the basics that someone needs for his vacations.

Pros: Everything was perfect!! I loved the apartment, it was in a really convenient place right next to a metro station. All around was full of shops and restaurants. The two beds that we had they were really nice and comfortable. The bathroom was big and the shampoos inside they were smelling so good 😌. We also had an amazing kitchen and TV. The host gave us also a complimentary card for a free cappuccino and croissant. Our experience at Rome was amazing as the room was too, we will definitely come again thank you so much !!!

Pros: Safe area and very convenient for the public transportation. 50 metres away from the bus station, 100 from the metro station. Nice and renovated room.

Cons: The room is under the level of the street, so there is humidity.

Pros: Location is the best, and the host was very helpful reserving the parking garage for us!

Cons: It’s noisy outside as it’s located on a busy road. The cleaning could be a little bit more detailed as the shower and the floor were a bit dusty.

A wonderful apartment for exploring Rome

Pros: The apartment with a very well-equipped and tastefully decorated kitchen, comfortable beds, and a modern bathroom are all in good condition. The photos confirm the actual condition. The property is located on the lower ground floor, but I highly recommend it for its finish, amenities, and location near a shop, bar, café, and metro. The owner was very friendly and easy to contact throughout our stay, answering all our questions and requests. I highly recommend it.

Pros: El sitio muy bien situado a 5 minutos caminando del metro, muy facil moverse a las zonas turisticas. Las camas cómodas, el baño bueno. La zona común de cocina muy bien equipada. Fabio muy atento pudimos hacer check in antes de la hora.

Pros: Las instalaciones, la cercanía al metro. Recalcar que el anfitrión Fabio siempre fue muy amable y dispuesto a solucionar inconvenientes.

Cons: Nos hubiera gustado que nos apoyarán guardando las maletas, teniendo en cuenta que nuestro viaje era en la noche. Pero el anfitrión fue amable y nos recomendó un sitio cercano para dejarlas.

Pros: Pěkný interiér, hezká a moderní koupelna. Vše krásně čisté. Bylo fajn, že ubytování bylo hned u metra.

Cons: Z fotek ani z popisu není poznat, že je pokoj v suterénu. Nebyl to velký problém, ale rozhodně ne to překvapilo. Pokoj byl malý, dobře uspořádaný. Rozkládací pohovka nefungovala správně a padala jedna část postele. Majitel ale vše velmi rychle vyřešil.
