Pros: Great host, always available and helpful. Very good breakfasts, clean and cozy private bathroom. Metro station just next to apartament, direct and quick transport to the most popular places. Well-equipped kitchen that you can use freely. Room temperature regulation was working well.
Cons: Hot tub was not very clean and the tv could have been wider. Other than that - no complaints.

Exellent Location! Everything was ok and appropriate to the price!
Pros: Location! It's really less than 50 meters from the door to the Re Di Rome METRO station`s entrance. We could use the shared kitchen and have breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view of Re di Roma square. We were cooking breakfast by ourselves from the products that the owner of the apartment had put in the refrigerator. Used all kitchen devices, the kettle, the coffee machine, etc. The owner, Stefania, was helpful and hospitable. She offered to cook breakfast at 7:30 AM, but we would like to eat and head out earlier, so we served ourselves with pleasure. We could change our towels every day. The room was clean and comfortable. The windows of our room overlooked the quiet courtyard, and we had a good rest with the windows open. Self check-in and check-out are pretty suitable. Eventually, everything was ok and appropriate to the price. We were satisfied with our trip.
Cons: This apartment consists of 4 separate rooms with bathrooms, and shared kitchen, and a terrace for all guests. We were almost always alone in the apartment, but if everything was occupied, it would be noisy and crowded. In our mind, our room needs a cosmetic repair, because everything looks tired and unfresh. Especially the sheets have to be changed ASAP, and the sockets near the bed have to be fixed.

Pros: The apartment was lovely & clean , facilites were good & the room enjoyed typical Italian style furniture & other quirky objects, which made it feel homely, tasteful done. The breakfast was good & with a personal touch of making scrambled eggs. Location was perfect, apartment was right on the roundabout for Metro, ideal to get around Rome.

Pros: Location perfect directly by the metro, with a very nice view from the rooftop terrace. Stefanie was a very friendly and helpful host. They served a small breakfast and everything was clean and well cared for.

Comfortable Room
Pros: The location is very good, close to the subway, the breakfast is very good, and the hostess is very attentive and friendly in everything, from the moment you arrive until the day you leave. The room is clean and the bed is really comfortable, 10/10.

Great location, even greater terrace
Pros: The apartment definitely exceeded our expectations. The location is great—less than a minute from the main metro line. It's also within walking distance of most tourist attractions for people who like to walk. The biggest bonus, in our opinion, was the terrace, where we spent most of our time at the hotel.
Cons: Our room was right next to the kitchen, so we woke up in the morning to the sound of conversations and chatter.

Pros: It was really nice area just outside the metro line, supermarket and everything you needed close by. I thought I booked without breakfast but breakfast was provided every day which was wonderful and unexpected. It’s amazing for couple and just friends away for a trip. Would 100% be back again. Also got a wonderful old fashioned lift to the 5th floor.
