Pepe's Place - Re di Roma

Pros: We had a great stay at this property. The location is fantastic - only about a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and just 5 minutes from the metro, which makes getting around the city incredibly easy. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient, with several 24/7 markets and plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Cons: The only minor downside is that the apartment is a bit on the smaller side, especially the shower. However, it’s very well-equipped and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

Great stay, great host, great value for money!

Pros: This was our second time staying at Pepe's Place and it was wonderful as always. Great location, room is more than enough in the sense it has everything you need, and the neigbourhood is quiet. This time our room was facing the street and it was not noisy at all. Internet connection was great, you have a smart TV so you can connect Netflix or watch YouTube in the evening. Cannot recommend the spot or Giuseppe enough. Already looking forward to going back to Rome!

Pros: Room is nice and clean, we had everything we need, metro is 2 minutes walk, the host is very kind and polite

Pros: Safe and secure location! Bed was comfy, staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Shower was very small, very hard to move around. Aircon was very loud and remote batteries had runout so had to unplugs from wall to turn off. I don’t know for certain but I think the aircon was leaking which ended up wetting my bag.

Quiet good place to stay in Rome, close to the metro station and city center

Pros: Friendly host Giuseppe, location close to metro station, not far from the city center and very quiet at the same time, good comfortable bed, fridge in the room, small coffee machine, good toilet/bathroom

Cons: Room is a bit small but okay for a couple, shower cabin a bit tight as well

Bella Roma

Pros: The hospitality was very good. Even though I didn't meet Mr. Giuseppe personally, he was very willing to help me and suggest places to eat and places to see. The metro was very close, under the house. The apartment was very clean and everything in its place. The bathroom was also very clean. If I come back to Rome again, I know where I will stay 🤗

Great place to stay and well located

Pros: We stayed at the room number 1. The room is nice, clean, comfortable and very well located near the metro station. The shower area is a bit small but you can still have a good shower. We had a great stay and Giuseppe is a great host. I really recommend this place.

Pros: The room was very quiet and was absolutely enough for what we needed. The location was very good only 25-30 min from the Colosseum. But also the public transport was excellent .

Cons: Probably a broom would be handy to keep in the room to use it during the stay.

Great value for money, and an overall incredible place to stay.

Pros: The location is perfect, the metro is just around the cornet and lets you move from place to place in minutes. Connection to Termini is also super quick. Giuseppe is a great host, with recommendations ready to go and always checking in if all is okay and if anything further is needed like fresh towels, toiletries, etc. Could not recommend the place more! It was also quiet, with great Wi-Fi!
