Extremely comfortable, incredibly convenient, well situated and quiet. I even had a great view.

Pros: Fabrizio was absolutely Incredible! He said he would be my private concierge, and he lived up to it. He responds immediately to any request. He sends video explanations, so I understand thoroughly, has endless excellent recommendations and is attentive without being intrusive. He even gave me a free upgrade.

Cons: Nothing.

Nice hotel.

Pros: Nice and clean small hotel. We relaxed very well. Fabrizio was friendly and helpful. Metro station is very near and it wasn't long walk to Colosseum either.

Pros: Everything was great! Room was cosy, comfortable, provided with everything you need and cleaned every day. Fabrizio is very polite and helpfull. Location is very good if you are using metro, because the main lane is located just outside the building, and you can reach all essential objects in 10 -15 minutes. Totally recommend!

Cons: The street outside the building is quite noisy.

Pros: Location of hotel was great. Maybe 50-100 meters to metro station and not far to center. The room was big and clean. Staff was very kind.

Cons: Breakfast should be better. You can find only a few kind of things to eat.

Pros: Actually stayed round the corner at another venue as there was a leak at Gate40 but Fabrizio is a great host, super helpful and friendly. Facilities practically identical to Gate40 so great location and fab choice of breakfast snacks and juices.
