Great value for the money.

Pros: Excellent location! Metro station just a few meters from the building entrance.

Cons: Maybe not understandable from the photos, but there is a kitchenette shared by 3 rooms. Room had a separate bathroom and it was extremely clean and comfortable.

Pros: Location, how clean it was, shared kitchen facilities , coffee machine, big hallway with sofa to sit and rest a bit, bathroom is new and clean and spacious, it's quiet and again location is top😊

Cons: Balcony should be emptier and cleaner, but it was winter so it's acceptable, also view wasn't the best but that depends on room so no big deal 😊

A nice and convenient choice for a cozy stay in Rome

Pros: Excellent location, right next to a metro entrance and only a few stations away from Termini and from there, about an one hour shuttle to the airport. There are supermarkets and restaurants around that makes getting groceries and food an easy task. The shared kitchen is well equipped a microwave and basic condiments as well.

Cons: Nothing, all was good :)

A pleasant and comfortable stay, with a very helpful host and a great location close to the metro.

Pros: I had an excellent experience! The host was very kind and understanding, always willing to help with anything I needed. He gave me great tips and recommendations. The place was clean, comfortable, and very close to the metro, which made it super easy to get around the city. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Very nice and clean room

Pros: Room was clean and nice, very comfortable, we had everything we needed including hair dryer and towels, easy access to the room. Location was right next to the metro station, so easy to go anywhere. Good value for money.

Pros: The location is excellent, steps to Metro station; feel very secured once entered into the building; overall very clean; there is lift in the building and a shared kitchen with fridge and stove etc.

Cons: The room size is a bit tight, but acceptable; can hear when the 'neighbour' are loud.

For this price - it is awesome.

Pros: Large comfortable bed, metro station in 4 meters, kitchen with almost everything you need. Cafe with awesome takeaway panini, pizza, lasagna and nice prices in the same building. Supermarket in the same building.

Cons: Not very clean wardrobe, really small bathroom.

Pros: If you looking for something more modern then this is definitely a good stay! The room was very modern, clean and neat. Both the room and bathroom has nice finishing a to it. The guesthouse is stationed right at the entrance of one of the Metro’s (Re Di Roma) which was very convenient for us as we used the metro for most of our trip. It is really well located as there are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and bars all located within close proximity of the guesthouse.

Cons: For international guests, make sure that you have an active e-sim before you proceed to the guesthouse because in order to access the building you need to have WiFi in able to access the online system to to get into the building. We were there for a week so we wanted to at least sweep the room as some dirt had accumulated on the floor but unfortunately we were not able to as there were no cleaning utensils around the guest house. There room does not have room service. We messaged the owner regarding extra toilet paper however the message was just read and no response received. Lucky there was a store close by that we were able to get from. We would’ve loved a change of towels due to our long stay also.
