Comfortable, warm, and genuinely well-hosted from start to finish.

Pros: We had a truly wonderful two-night stay in Rome and would not hesitate to recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the city. The property is spotlessly clean, situated in a peaceful neighbourhood with excellent access to public transport, and surrounded by a lovely selection of restaurants and cafés — everything you could need within easy reach of all that Rome has to offer. What really set this stay apart, however, was our host Sabrina. She is an exceptional host in every sense of the word — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel at home. She went above and beyond throughout our stay, anticipating our needs and offering helpful local tips that made our Roman adventure all the richer. Breakfast was a real highlight: generously varied, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to start each morning before heading out to explore the city. We cannot thank Sabrina enough for her hospitality. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit to Rome.

Dedicated host, beautiful rooms

Pros: Friendly and responsive hosts (helped with my luggage). Cleanliness. Beautifully designed room. Many cafes, restaurants and a popular and inexpensive pizzeria in near proximity.

Cons: Breakfasts are often problematic in Italy. Here is no exception. I requested eggs. One boiled egg was provided every morning. It was small and I felt it did not come from a happy free range hen so I regretted it. On the first day I was provided with a very large jug of black filter coffee. It was bitter and I only drink specialty coffee so I threw half of it down the sink so the host doesn't know I don't drink it else she would probably get stressed. I asked the host to provide half the amount on consecutive days. The items I enjoyed were the grana padano cheese (provided twice), the bread rolls and the croissant. The supermarket juice from a carton I also threw in the sink. The industrial cheese and cold meat cuts I gave to homeless people every day because I avoid processed food.

Lovely accomodation with an exceptional host

Pros: Sabrina was superb in every way! She helped me with several enquiries. She was very responsive, kind and caring. The accomodation was very tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and quiet. Sabrina serves breakfast at your preferred time and accommodates your taste preferences with pleasure. The location is perfect if you prefer to away from concentrated tourists areas but still close enough to visit them by foot or by metro (metro stop close by).

Pros: Owner is amazing woman. She is helpful, nice and proactivly helping abd caring. Everyday cleaning was nice Breakfast nice. Area is neer by bus to center and there is a lot of restorant and caffe and store around.

Cons: Room is littlebit small, but for sleep is OK :) There is streight steps up, bud its just 2 floor, so no big deal.

Pros: It is extremely clean, close to bus and metro, nice neighborhood. The host is really nice, makes you feel welcome and helps you with everything you need. I would recommend 100%.

Fantastic location and host

Pros: Sabrina was a wonderful host, she was very accommodating, offering a tremendous fresh breakfast every morning. She took on board my pregnant wife's needs and nothing was a problem. Great area really with lots of restaurants and bars away from the tourist traps and crowds of the city centre. Close to metro for easy travel around the city

Pros: Sabrina is a superstar! We are at our next accommodation now and I miss her. She is extremely helpful and caring. The cleaner of the room was the best we’ve ever had. The breakfasts Sabrina made daily were exceptional. The room was very clean, big and just perfect. Thanks Sabrina, I’ll be recommending you to everyone!

Amazing experience in Rome

Pros: The stay was amazing, the room is very homely. We only travelled with hand luggage & the room had a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner etc which we needed. Breakfast in the morning is fantastic with the choice of sweet/savoury options. The location is great - Sabrina gave us some recommendations for dinner and we went to Osteria Fratelli Mori (about a 5 min walk) and it was exceptional. There is also a new coffee shop across the street called Cafe Merenda which was amazing. & a delicious gelateria at the end of the street. We travelled from FCO airport to Ostiense station which was very handy. Also used the underground a lot to get around which was perfect for us. Overall an amazing stay on our first visit to Rome and would love to come back. Thank you Sabrina 😃
