Really nice stay, would recommend

Pros: The staff were super friendly. They allowed us to come early to drop our bags and then just let us check in as the room was ready maybe 3 hours earlier. Whenever you WhatsApped them they responded within minutes. The car park they are associated with wasn't sure what I was talking about with regards to the discount so the team called them and sorted it straight away. I saw some reviews of people not being able to find it / access it. I don't understand as the address takes you to the front door, there is a professional sign with the phone number / WhatsApp. Again, they answered in minutes.

Clean, secure, comfortable - excellent for a business trip.

Pros: Great location for my work requirements. I liked being close to Villa Borghese gardens. Good room with small balcony. Helpful staff. Great cafe next door for breakfasts.

Cons: No staff present at night - not a problem, but useful to know.

Really enjoyed our experience

Pros: The fact that the rooms was very clean made us very comfortable. Also, the employees were very helpful and friendly. They tried to help us in every way. The location was very close to the Trevi fountain area.The neighborhood is safe. We mostly walked everywhere, but if you want to visit the Colosseum, Vatican and Trastevere area more, it may not be for you.Also if you are looking for exactly hotel concept, this place may not be for you. It is actually a business belonging to 2 floors of a building.But rooms are just like the photos we liked it.

Pros: It was amazing the receptionist was amazing and gave amazing recommendations!!

Cons: Nothing it was very good. Could of used bigger bottles of soap but not very important

Good value facility

Pros: The location is very good, pretty walkable to everything (about 15min.to Vila Borghese, 20min to Spanish steps, 20min tot Trevi), it was clean, the bed was comfortable,free coffee in the room. Also, I really appreciated that you can leave your luggage there after check out,free of charge .

Cons: Very small room, smaller than the pictures. There is no sound proof at all, you can hear everything from outside, from the hallway and from the neighbors. Luckily, my neighbors were pretty quiet.
